How Can America Lose Weight?

Q: Got The Path to help with my New Year's resolution of losing weight.  What's the one best thing that I can do?

DoA: Hey.  I can tell you the three best things because I stopped doing them and bad things happened.  1. Write everything down.  2. Drink tons of water.  3. Include some kind of weights/pushups/resistance training to complement your cardio.  Do those for sure...
