Working on Little Wager and some very exciting news!

I made a commitment to up my total word count for my stories in 2017. The longest things I write tend to be around the 45,000 word mark with each chapter being around 1000-1500 words. I set myself a goal of the next book being 70,000 words and it's a challenge!

To start with, for my latest story, A Little Wager, I've done a much more detailed synopsis, 5000 words where it would usually be 2000 words. I find planning in advance makes the actual writing easier and faster as I know where I'm going and that I won't get stuck somewhere three quarters through with nowhere to go  (hopefully)

So far, I'm 16,000 words in at the end of chapter 7. In total Little Wager should be around 36 chapters, divided into 3 acts of 12 chapters each.My maths makes that 72,000 words if I stick with 2k per chapter. The quickest way to sum up the story would be Trading Places meets 50 Shades of Grey in Victorian England. You'll have to wait and see how it turns out though. Hopefully it'll be out in March if all goes to plan.

As to my latest release, Little Time hit the top ten in the Amazon USA BDSM chart. It's my first contemporary age play story and has been a big hit so expect more of the same at some point in the future.

Now to the exciting news. Blushing Books, the well known publisher of steamy spanking stories, have accepted Little Conspiracy for publication with them. It'll be out on the 13th of January so mark your calendars, I know I have. It's hugely exciting to work with them as they represent some of my favourite age play and spanking authors, hopefully this could be the start of a wonderful friendship to paraphrase Casablanca.
You can get Captured and The Duke and His Little on there right now through their publishing partnership deal. A bargain at $4.99 and available as a mobi, epub or PDF.
