ARIES: THE HANGED MAN
It’s time to just take stock of things this week Aries and get your thinking head on and your action head off. There is no need to do anything at the moment, so just sit with your thoughts, reflect upon the year that is closing and think of what you want to achieve in the one to come. Too often we resist the time to sit in stillness and just be, but the universe is asking you to do just that at the moment. Often when we are caught up in situations we feel stuck or feel under pressure to do something straight away to change things, but if we just take time to contemplate, to see things from another viewpoint and just sit with our feelings or thoughts rather than trying to change them or fix them we can gain valuable answers from our soul, but only if we quiet our mind and let our inner voice be heard. Hang in there and don’t make any rash decisions.
TAURUS: SEVEN OF CUPS
Choices and decisions are causing confusion this week Taurus. There seems to be so much going on in your head that you me not know whether you are coming or going. Are you truly seeing things as they really are, or are you caught up in a fantasy world of how you wish they were is something to ponder on? It’s all very well soul searching and wishing for happiness but you must look at are you looking for these things in the right or wrong places? Remember all that glitters is not gold this week, so be very careful what you wish for as you might just get it! A good thing to do when faced with a situation like this is to work out firstly what it is you DONT want, and then the truth of what you DO will shine through. Take your time and make sure you are looking at what is real and achievable rather than a pipe dream or illusion.
GEMINI: THREE OF CUPS
You are indeed making the most of the festivities this week Gemini. Most of us are all partied out, but your dancing shoes don’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. You will be milking the last little drop of the celebrations and enjoying every minute of it. Laughter and friendships are showing in abundance and you are making the most of life and the holidays. What a wonderful way to start the coming year, long may it continue. Your enthusiasm is contagious, so spread the last of the festive cheer to everyone you meet, you are adding that little bit of sparkle to the cold winter days and nights as well as in to the lives of others and that is never a bad thing. You go girl!
CANCER: SIX OF PENTACLES
Even though Christmas is over you still seem to be in a very giving mood Cancer. It’s always a lovely thing to share with others, whether this be your money, your time or just your energy. When we give unconditionally it comes from the heart and should be appreciated. This week you are being urged to look at areas where this may not be the case, this is nothing to do with you, your motives come from a good place but be aware of those who may be taking and not prepared to give as much or anything back. When this is the case the energy becomes unbalanced which can often lead to disappointment and a feeling of not being valued, give as much as you can, but not at the expense of yourself as this could leave your energy and your bank balance in the red.
LEO: FIVE OF CUPS
You may be feeling regret over something that has ended this week Leo, as loss of hope, disappointment and disillusionment are showing. Something hasn’t turned out in the way you wished and this is causing you to feel at a low ebb, perhaps even a little self pity could be creeping in, please don’t let this happen, things are never as bad as they seem, you are looking at what you have lost but not what you still have. Remember a rejection is always a cosmic redirection, so this is happening for you not to you. You may be choosing to focus on the bad and what you have lost rather than the positive in this and what you will gain. When we are hurting our ego likes us to make others hurt too, but by carrying bitterness, anger and resentment, the only person you are hurting is you. So try to let this go, practice forgiveness which will, in turn, free yourself and try not to cry over spilt milk. I know this is an old cliche, but everything happens for a reason, and one day you will look back on this and be thankful it ended as there is greater for you, so dust yourself down, pick yourself up and remember the show must go on.
VIRGO: KNIGHT OF CUPS
Intuition and love are the keywords to your week, Virgo. There may be a declaration of love or someone wants to connect with you on an emotional level. This knight is also urging you to listen to that little voice that you may be trying to drown out, and this is usually around matters of the heart, it is telling you to think with your heart at this time, even though your head maybe looking at logical explanations and rational ways to go about things, allow your heart to guide you no matter how crazy it’s advice seems. Be prepared for a series of strange events around this too, as the universe is guiding you here, and serendipity is at play. This offer or invite will bring an air of freeness and will allow you to escape from the mundane. Good things are coming around matters of the heart, just let them unfold as they will and be receptive, you will be pleased that you did.
LIBRA: THE CHARIOT
You are enduring an internal struggle this week as well as possible external ones Libra. You seem to be drawn in two directions and doubt and uncertainty are stopping you from moving forward in pursuit of the road you want to go down. You need to make a decision and then act on it, take hold of the reigns, dig your heels in and head off in the direction of your destiny. You know which way you want to go, your heart is guiding you. This is not going to be an easy path and there will be a few bumps on the way but you must have unwavering faith in your convictions and don’t stop or give up, it is going to be worth it. You must be brave at this time, take control and blitz anything that could be an obstacle. You are going to enter unknown territory and you are not used to thinking of your own happiness above others but remember that you are in control now, it is about you! You are finally steering yourself in the direction of your choosing, and if you can keep your eye on the horizon and not detour back or allow doubt or others to sway you off course, you will get to your desired and destined destination. Remember to travel light to, as any excess baggage could weigh you down.
SCORPIO: THE EMPRESS
Joy, happiness and abundance are the theme for your week Scorpio. You are in a very nurturing mood and want to give comfort to everyone you come in contact with. This is a very fertile time for you and a time to plant seeds which you would like to blossom in the coming year. Take time to spend time in nature too as this can help us keep grounded and flowing. You are embracing your femininity and radiating love which is attracting others so be prepared to be in high demand. Overall your motto for this week is “all you need is love” and you will be giving it and receiving it by the bucket load.
SAGITTARIUS: THE HIEROPHANT
You may be seeking advice this week, this could be from a trusted advisor or even from the universe or some higher source. You usually are not a one to follow the rules but you are being urged to study the rule book with great care at the moment as this time it could prove to work in your favour. Karma is playing a huge part this week too, so be prepared for a few spiritual lessons, they will be working your favour so don’t worry. You may be wanting to join a gym or sign up for some exercise program, which is always a good thing, make sure you stick to it as dedication and commitment are called for. There doesn’t seem to be too much fun around, more a case of doing what is needed and being a grown up, yes, i know it sucks but next week, when everything is in order you can relax a little, until then, do as you are told!

A fabulous week for you Capricorn. Anything that you have hoped for or put your efforts into are about to pay off. Whatever is presented to you this week seize it with both hands as it is going to prove to be in your best interests. Inner balance and being clear on what you want and where you are going will also be present. Your ship is coming in so swim out to greet it. This week could bring about an ending, something has died and cannot be resurrected, as we all know endings can be painful, this could be the end of a relationship, the end of an era or the end of something else that has been significant in your life, but what you must remember is that ending one thing means a beginning of something else, this is the cycle which cannot be stopped. Think of the caterpillar, when it ceases to be what it once was, it is transformed in to a beautiful butterfly, does it mourn this change? or does it learn to fly and relish in its new found freedom? You are now being called to seek real satisfaction and fulfilment. It is time to take control of your own destiny and live your life in a meaningful way. It’s time to leave behind all things in the past that no longer serve you, and take that first (slightly scary) step in to the future, change only happens when it is needed, so have faith that this change is for your higher good. You will experience some sort of epiphany this week Pisces. It is almost as if your eyes have just opened and you are seeing clearly for the first time in a long time, i can almost hear the universe shouting “Hallelujah.” You will realise that you need to embark on something you may have been putting off for some time, you will be looking back to look forward, and the fire in your belly has been reignited. A big decision must be made, you know it’s now time and all loose ends will be tied up. You will be taking a huge sigh of relief this week as by tackling things head on, you are taking a weight off your shoulders. You are feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
