  (Photo credit: George Salisbury) November 11th, 2016 - (Burbank, CA) -  THE FLAMING LIPS release a brand new song and video "How??", from their upcoming studio album  OCZY MLODY,  set for January 13th, 2017 release. "How??" is now available as an instant download to fans who pre-order the digital format of the album or the CD or vinyl format from the  band's official website .  A distinctively-Lipsian video for "How??" was recently filmed in Oklahoma City.
