To be 100% fair, skeleton mpreg isn’t any more logistically improbable than any other kind of skeleton preg.

Not if it’s a skeleton baby!
But the largest part of any baby is the skull, so a skeleton baby would have exactly as much difficulty passing through the pelvis as a regular baby. The skeleton parent, however, would probably have a much easier time getting a c-section.
