Aries –Seven of Pentacles: Time for patience. Too invest your time, your love, your talents in to something. And then stand by and watch it grow. This is not the card of overnight success but rather being prepared to wait. And have faith that you will eventually reap the rewards you are hoping for. It is the card of delayed gratification and emotional maturity. Of having faith in what you have started and knowing that good things come when you have done the groundwork.
Taurus – Five of Swords: Pay close attention to what your intuition is telling you about a person or situation this week as this is the card of the stab in the back! Usually however we have seen the signs that all is not at it should be and chosen to ignore them. Provided you listen to what your inner voice is telling you or pay attention to any contradictions between what someone is saying and what they are doing, you should be forewarned and forearmed. Don’t be caught out.
Gemini – Six of Cups: Are you dwelling on the past and in doing so are missing the magic the present holds for you? There’s a reason it is called the ‘present’ – it contains a gift. That gift is the ability to form a new future. But we can’t go forward if we are constantly looking in the opposite direction. Use your memories of the past to create something better for yourself. But don’t choose to live in it.
Cancer – Death: Don’t be scared of this card. It indicates a transformation nothing more. Yes, it can indicate an ending but endings come in all shapes and forms. If you get married you end being single. If you are out of work and find some you end being unemployed. If you move out of a situation that does not serve you, you end being trapped and become free. There is a transformation ahead for you and a new beginning to follow now.
Leo – The Wheel of Fortune: The Wheel turns in your direction now, Leo. News could literally put a new ‘spin’ on a key area in your life. You regain momentum and are carried forward into a new realm of experience. This is the card of luck and taking a chance on something. It says to bet on yourself and your ability to succeed. Be a little bit bold this week.
Virgo – Queen of Cups: Children, animals, your intuition, your creative impulse, nature and your sensuality all are embodied by this Queen. If you can be close to water, you will find your intuition enhanced now. You’ll have a desire to either spend more time in nature or with your loved ones. Quality rather than quantity is what rules you now. Make time to create or be with the ones you love your priority.
Libra – King of Cups: Working at something you love doing could be your priority now and this king tells you to take steps to make this happen. If this king appears in person he is adventurous, flirtatious and creative and you’ll find bonds forming fast. He could back your idea or provide you with emotional support if he appears as a lover. He believes in you and is here to awaken a new found belief in yourself.
Scorpio – Six of Swords: This card can represent a move away from troubles and problems with ‘smooth sailing’ ahead for you. Or it can indicate travel – usually overseas as it depicts the crossing of water. You could also be setting sail – leaving the familiar behind in search of new experiences or a new cycle. Time to discover what lies over the horizon or just outside your regular routine.
Sagittarius – Ten of Swords: No matter how painful this card appear it is always important that we look deeper into its meaning. Yes, it indicates a painful ending and this can even be our own acknowledgment within that something is over or just futile. But behind the figure a new day dawns as night turns to day. We are now coming out of the night and back into the light. Hope for a better future is what a new day brings.
Capricorn – Eight of Pentacles: A new job or opportunity to resurrect old skills or gain new ones appears. You could be putting in extra hours at work or studying. But there’s nowhere else you would rather be and nothing more you would rather be doing. Your hard work and dedication will not go unnoticed – or unrewarded now. You’re willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and ensure your future success.
Aquarius – Ten of Wands: Your goal or destination is in sight but ensure you have not taken on too much. You may need to delegate or else simply decide to lighten your load. Take some down-time no matter what deadlines or responsibilities you have. You are no use to anyone and it defeats the purpose, if you arrive at your destination too exhausted to enjoy your victory.
Pisces – Justice: Time to bring your life into balance and you need to do this by deciding what is truly important to you. Establish your priorities now especially if you have allowed things that really don’t matter to erode your time. Know we all have finite resources especially when it comes to our time but not to our love. You need to direct yours into the things that really matter to you now. You know all too well what those are.
