Urgent Rescue for Esther – Can Anyone Help?

Healthy, housebroken, loving, sweet, joyful & energetic, adult English coonhound Esther needs re-homing ASAP. I have tried for 3-4 years on & off to find a safe & loving foster or adoptive home or rescue group to take her.
