POLL! Want more Stepbrothers Stepping Out Stories? (Contest)

I’m a bit bleary-eyed this morning. Last night I accompanied my daughter’s family plus a dear friend to the county fair. My daughter has three daughters. Already they would have been exhausting. But she invited her stepson and his little half-brother to come, too. Kelly has one of those “blended” families. She’s determined to make all those relationships work. I think it’s a beautiful thing. Anyway, keeping up with kids running from ride to ride, and keeping the one child in a wheel chair happy while everyone else rode took effort. Plus the temperatures were in the low 90’s.

I kept hoping for rain.

Today, will be much quieter (if I don’t spend much time at my dd’s—those two extra kids are spending the weekend with her girls ). I want to update my writing plans. And hopefully, get started on a story that’s due to release next month. I hope you have a restful Saturday!
