August 24th -- Wednesday -- I'll be posting a very cool contest for you to enter a bit later, so be ready to jump on it. (You can see it on my Facebook page -- www.facebook.com/catherinecoulterbooks)
Have all of you arm twisted (but only if really necessary) all those who haven't yet read Insidious? I'm getting such great feedback from you -- thank you. Do you know, I haven't yet received any tomato hits, with an accompanying Yuck! Ghastly! You Suck! So I'm feeling pretty good -- Find out today about Week 2 performance. (Gulp) We'll see --
Who heard about the earthquake in Italy and Myanmar? In Italy, in the mountains, and unfortunately, the buildings are old and simply collapsed. And the floods in Louisiana and the fires here in California. Lots of prayers needed, so get them out there.
After your prayers, you want to change your life game for a little while and you do this by flopping on your back to the floor, legs straight up against the wall, butt as close to the wall as you can get it, and clear your mind, breath deeply from your belly and let your shoulders and back sink into the floor. Melt, that's it. Then think about all the wonderful people in your life and how very lucky you are and appreciate them and your lovely slow deep breathing that is flowing peace through you. There's always bad, but there's always good too -- concentrate on the good --

I'm Baaaack!

Halloween's coming up fast, the day the zombies burst out of the ground and terrify the crap out of us, not to mention eat our candy and eat our brains.
Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
