Today, July Talk announces additional North American tour dates. Last month the band announced an impressive line up of fall dates with Nothing But Thieves and Kongos. July Talk will take their "lethal mixture of confidence and pure firepower" (Consequence of Sound) on the road for several headlining tour dates across the U.S. this November. The tour kicks off this month in Brooklyn with a headlining gig at Rough Trade on August 18 before heading to the UK and Europe. The support dates for Nothing But Thieves start on September 26 in Los Angeles at the Fonda Theater and will take the band across U.S. markets and into their Canadian headlining tour with U.S. headlining tour dates to follow. July Talk's sophomore album, Touch , is out September 9 on Island/Universal (US and UK/Europe) and Sleepless Records (Canada.) The new album is available for pre-order now on iTunes. The pre-order includes two instant grat tracks - the dynamically soothing and somber album cut Strange Habit and the band's previously released, #1 Alt Radio hit single (in Canada), "Push + Pull". Both tracks are also available for streaming. Last month, July Talk released the visceral video for "Push + Pull.
