Now that she has grown up a little more, she knows she will probably never reach the success of Dr. Seuss, but that doesn’t stop her from trying.
When she isn’t writing, Faith enjoys doing many right-brained activities such as reading, crafting, playing piano, and playing games with her family. One of her dreams is to visit Castle City, Montana, to see the ghost town she chose for her characters to live in. She currently lives on a hobby farm with her family in Wisconsin.

Excerpt
On Friday, Evangeline and Eve said tearful goodbyes at the house. Mr. Collins brought them to the train station, asked the conductor to keep an eye on his girls, and then went back home with a prayer in his heart.
Once they got on the train, Eve and Evangeline chattered to each other about all the people on board and the scenery that hurried past. They made up stories for some of the more interesting-looking people and buildings.
After one of the stops, a mother with two young children sat across from them. She had a fussy little girl and an older boy. The boy looked restless, so Eve and Evangeline told him some of the stories they had made up earlier on the trip. The next day, his mother thanked them for entertaining her son.
Evangeline beamed. “You’re welcome, Ma’am. It was nice having an audience besides my sister.”
Ten days later, they arrived in Fort Robinson, Nebraska.
“I am exhausted!” Eve exclaimed.
“Me, too. But there’s no rest for the weary. We only have a couple hours before the stagecoach leaves for Cheyenne. Maybe we’ll be the only passengers and can actually get some sleep.”
“On a stagecoach?” Eve asked. “I doubt that. Let’s find the stagecoach office.”
At the office, they paced up and down the street until the man inside came out to find out what they were doing.
“Waiting for the stagecoach,” Eve said.
“It won’t be here for at least one more hour. Why don’t you two take a stroll around town and come back in an hour?”
Evangeline nodded, trying to keep a straight face. As soon as the man went inside, she giggled.
“What is so funny?” Eve asked, taking her sister’s arm and pulling her down the boardwalk.
“That man doesn’t want us pacing in front of his office.”
“No, he doesn’t, but why do you think it so funny?”
Evangeline shrugged. “I don’t know. It probably has something to do with being tired.”
