After 100 days of heavy bombardment, NATO have not yet achieved their goal of capturing or ousting Gaddafi from power. Many people have been killed and there are humanitarian concerns that could sow doubt and dissension among NATO members. Muammar Gaddafi has made it clear that he intends to stay until the bitter end.
