Wonderful post and so much inspiration.
How to Write a Lot was already on my TBR pile, but has been moved up in the queue. The comments from others following your blog post on your website are also not-to-be-missed. I felt the advice and experience of having a creative group for support could apply to almost every creative endeavor.
