Raven's Wings: Book 1 in the Angels in Training Series
Yeah, exciting news! Below is the summary for my newest book Raven's Wings, book one in what will be my Angels in Training Series. Right now, the tentative release date is November 2011, which I know sounds like a long way off but hopefully will get here before you know it. (; The cover and playlist will be posted shortly also. Hope you enjoy!
(By the way, in case you're wondering, the 3rd Mia book, Shifted, is on its way as well. Don't worry, I won't leave you hanging anymore than neccesary. When I have a solid date I'll send it your way-- and yes, it will be AWESOME and serve up some much needed, extremely shocking answers. Or at least I think so. Hopefully you'll agree. :))

Raven Stone has always known that she and her little sister Winnie were gifted. After all, she didn't know many other kids who talked to ghosts, or had the ability to bring dead things back to life with nothing more than a touch. Their mother called them her little angels, and said their gifts were miracles, meant to be cherished and protected at all costs. And they believed her. Until the day their mother died—and Raven learned there was another side to her so called "gift". A side much more horrifying and deadly than their mother could have possibly imagined.
Now, four years later, after being tossed around the foster care system and struggling to keep a low profile, an uncle they never even knew existed comes to claim them. He says he only just learned about their mother's death, and as their last living relative, he wants them to come live in the small town where he and their father grew up. But is their uncle truly who he claims to be?
And could this really be the new beginning they've been praying for?
Winnie wants to believe that miracles really do happen, but Raven's not so sure. Especially when she fears there's an evil lurking inside her… and a power so dark and terrifying it has the potential to swallow her, and all those around her, whole.
When darkness meets the light… which one will be consumed?
