Are You Counting on Brilliance?

It's not happening today. My teeth all hurt.

But it's not my teeth, really. It's sinus problems. Might have been because I got my mower back last night from the repairman and mowed the yard. Wind was blowing 45 mph, and I had more grass in my eyes than I could manage.

And now I'm suffering. I need to live on a lake, or by an ocean.

Oh, to be able to breathe in the fresh breeze from the ocean. When we visited one of the castles in Scotland, I loved standing on the cliffs with the cold wind in my face. No trees. No shrubs. No allergens.

Wow, see, the medieval Highlanders probably didn't know how good they had it! Sure, it was a hard life, but they probably didn't have sinus problems.

*sigh*

When the sinuses feel this badly, it's hard to be brilliant. Yet, I've got to force on my writing cap and write some more on jaguar. It's at 60,000 words! 30,000 to go!!! 2/3 of the book is written!

And I left them in trouble. So that they don't get into any more trouble than they are already in on their own, I've got to go see what I can do to help them out! Or make it worse.
