Isn't It Wednesday Yet?

Hmm, maybe I need a weeder helper???
Okay, I have a new regimen. Weed a little each night, and write at least 1,000 words a day on my jaguar manuscript. Well, the 1,000 words a day was something I've been trying to do for a while so that I can make 10,000 by the weekend. But I haven't made it the last two weeks.
So I'm back into my regimen. And the weeding. I tell myself if I do it a little each night, I can get them all up. You know the worst part of that is? I see weeds in my visions at night.
Do you ever do that? Work on something so hard that you envision it when you try to sleep? Luckily, I don't dream of them trying to strangle me, since I'm also doing a lot of Amazon research at the same time. I've done the same thing while fighting bad guys in a Role Playing Game too....had to fight off the bad guys in my sleep. :)
Well, I went to bed last night and couldn't quit thinking about the story. I LOVE when that happens. I had planned to read someone else's book, but I couldn't quit thinking about where jaguar was going. Sometimes as I get closer to the end, that's what happens.
It's really exciting when it finally begins to come together for me. Sometimes this happens early on. Sometimes much later in the book, like this time. I think it was because I was trying to set up a new world, new location, and so the plot and all weren't coming to me until now.
If I could just take off a week from work, I'd have the whole book written. *sigh* I will have to satisfy myself by just writing at night and in the morning before work and on my days off when I'm not out pirating or seeing my daughter graduate.
Memorial Day weekend can't be here soon enough. That's when I can write, write, write. Oh, and I still need to do 8 more guest blogs.
Okay, off to write more on jaguar.
Isn't it Wednesday yet??? (Word count wise, it should be and that's the TERRIFIC news!)
