Receiver of Many
Just finished the book yesterday! Was very busy but got to read all of it finally :). This was a pretty amazing story. I was impressed by how much research was done for this story. From what I understand, their take on Hades is classically the way he was portrayed. I’ve also read that Persephone was the one people really had to watch out for, and it seems the book did touch on that with how she was born to rule the Underworld.
Also, of course, I enjoyed the smut aspect of it! There was a lot and it was written really beautifully. A lot of thought was put into those very intimate moments and I loved it.
I also liked how the story also showed what the other characters in the story were up to, like Demeter and Thanatos for instance. It was really nice.
Overall this was a really enjoyable story and I am definitely going to be reading the sequel!
