What I didn't like about the movie is that it included the three books

Good to see ya Midhat! Long time no see!

We also have that. And no I haven't read the series yet. And btw I am not in collage I'm only 15 almost 16 on January. I'm so excited to The hammer of Thor. Only 3 days left.

Not to mention the new Marvel's Civil War II comic!

And good to see you too, Nadia!

Same here, and then it ends in, like, March.
Kang Ying wrote: "We also have that. And no I haven't read the series yet. And btw I am not in collage I'm only 15 almost 16 on January. I'm so excited to The hammer of Thor. Only 3 days left."15! Maybe it's because in Europe, the countries are really small, so it's easy to go around. My Dad went to London a couple years back and went on a EuroTrain. He said that in 7 hours, he'd been through almost 4 countries, and since Cananda is HUGE, 7 hours means going from Toronto to Montreal.

Yeah well Australia is an island. And really big. It takes about 9-11 hours to drive from Sydney to Melbourne, depending on how many stops you take. And it costs thousands just for the flights to Europe.
We actually took bus then a boat to Germany. We start the daylight savings at the end of October till March/April i think
Well here it is the opposite so that it is later in the day than it would normally be. So it's still light later even though it is naturally like that in summer
KittenHestia wrote: "Also it's 10:04pm here so I should go to bed and read the third miss peregrine book now cya"So good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i won't disturb you so read on!

Here, here!
"A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only ..."
That's a nice quote. That will be one if the upcoming ones on my quotes dry-erase board. Right now it's "You've gotta kiss a lot of frogs before you meet your handsome prince."
Me too, actually one of my friend said that we have a part princess in us. But I don't believe that. Many of us feel in love with book characters instead of real boys. I'm one of them, because they are much better than boys in my class.

...Although, I do have a sort of boyfriend...it's complicated.
KittenHestia wrote: "Oh and who here has read miss peregrine's home for peculiar children and seen the movie?"That series is on my to-read list and I do try to get around to it, but there are always other things to read and things to do.
I do want to go to the movie though.

Well the book series is great I am reading the third one now but the movie... only the start is like the books. And I'm really annoyed that they swapped Emma and Olive's powers in the movie. Emma was way better in the books.

Why can't you idiots be more like Percy?"
I thought it now since I am almost 16. Because that's when Percy got the big prophecy. I always wonder if someone would be that heroic like him.
Kang Ying wrote: "I thought it now since I am almost 16. Because that's when Percy got the big prophecy. I always wonder if someone would be that heroic like him."Yeah, but I don't think so. Real boys just aren't as good as fictional characters.

True!!! But the ones I've got aren't too too bad. My school holds them to the old code of chivalry and it's like it's straight out of a fairy tale. It's sorta weird but sorta cute when they let us girls ahead of them on line, or hold the doors open for us, or ask us politely to dance with them. :)

Wow. That is the exact opposite of my school. Like the exact. Opposite.

My friend wants to know what country you are from where any boys acts like that
Well not here in Norway. Actually I have to wait reading the hammer of Thor. I should finish my books quick as possible.

You mean all of us? well anyway i'll answer the question any way
I'm from the U.S.A on the east coast.
Totally agree with Val....I rather date Severus Snape (if he was my age!) then go out with any boy.
Some boys are not all bad. They can be a best friend. But sometimes their SO imature it like not even funny. Or their are types that break your hearts. Boys can be one person then another in a quick second. Its like trying a new food you know? It may be the best meal you ever had or the worst.

Lol, Toronto, Ontario in Canada. I know a few boys who are actually nice, like two of my friends are boys and they're really friendly (one of them sorta reminds me of Frank and the other reminds me of Jason :)), and then there's my crush-who-also-has-a-crush-on-me-but-won't-admit-it who's a pretty decent guy. But tbh, Canadian public school 8th graders are absolute idiots. No matter how nice they are, they will never be as good as our fictional boys.
Nadia wrote: "KittenHestia wrote: "Pug wrote: "Midhat wrote: "Kang Ying wrote: "I thought it now since I am almost 16. Because that's when Percy got the big prophecy. It's like they've hated you all their life. I know a boy who was super nice to me in grade 5 and 6, and we were really good friends because we both liked to talk about hockey and liked the same music and stuff, and then in grade 7, he became really mean to me for no reason, and now he doesn't even talk to me and avoids eye contact with me when we see each other in the halls, so I basically just stick a finger at his back and walk away.
Soo what it I miss? I being on but didn't have enought time to check every. Also it sound like you guys are talking about boys =b and the new book the come out can't wait to read it. =D
