More words and more konflict might make Konrad a dead Dodo

I'm almost at the end now, but can no longer see the light at the end of the tunnel. Last night I dove into the most dramatic scene of the Konrad-book and I added so much drama that I was in tears by the end. Perhaps I have made it too intense for the intended age group? I hope not. It was getting very personal, but I think I managed to make it not all about me, at least I hope so. Time will tell.
