Albacon 2016 in Albany, New York

This weekend I’m at Albacon 2016 in Albany, New York.  What is Albacon? It’s a convention of people who love science fiction, fantasy, and horror.  On Friday, it begins with the Writers Workshops.  I was on the editors panel as I am an associate editor with Space and Time Magazine. I attended several panels because being an author is a continuing education. I met up with friends. One of the many fun events was the High Tea.

 

 

 

 

These are only some of the sweets we enjoyed. In addition to several panels in the evening on science fiction and fantasy, there is an art show and dealer’s room to explore. There was an ice cream social too. I spoke on an animation panel before coming back to my room to blog.

Tomorrow the fun starts again. If you are in the Albany area, you don’t want to miss this event at the Best Western Albany Airport Hotel.
