Life Lessons Learned Getting Sick in 2016

1- Silence in going to bed and waking up is very healing.

2- A few cookies hits the spot- not huge amounts.

3- Conscious eating or drinking leads to fullness.

4-Gratitude for every expectorating action creates a sense of healing and partnership with my body and higher self.

5- Eat slowly. Think slowly. Savor everything.
