This Week in Booklandia

Started the week out talking to Billy Stratton’s Native American Lit course (st DU) about Mongrels for . . . I guess it was nearly two hours. Two very cool hours, that I wish had been four:

That class had some solid questions.

Have had this happen before. It’s freaky. Wasn’t on a grill but a pan. Snake came up high, and kind of struck in a blind, headless way. This would have been about 1989, though. Didn’t have a videocamera in my pocket.
