What the heck is on the cover of "Futurus Rex"??

Hi some readers see it right away....others don't. The black and white cover of my book with Dorothy Fontana is artwork by the late author/artist Budd Lewis who brought the original story idea to us.

If you look at only the black areas inside the white "blob" on the cover, you will see that there is a king's head (Arthur) wearing a crown. In front and on top of the king is various mechanical equipment. This is Arthur inside his mechanical/magical sleep sarcophagus! For those who sport puzzled frowns at looking at the cover, hope this helps!

Westercon

Well, darn it! Was invited to be a guest at the Westercon convention this summer in Anaheim but by the time I tried to book a plane to John Wayne Airport from my home in Albuquerque, they were all booked up for that weekend! Oh well. I'll be at Bubonicon in Albuquerque this August!
