Veggie Egg Bake Recipe
Today’s recipe started out as an unplanned solution to a weeknight dinner conundrum. I had a bunch of fresh mushrooms and eggs to use up and initially thought about making an egg scramble. But for some reason, it sounded like a lot of work for not enough food. So I changed my plan and turned it into a casserole instead.

“Life’s a Zoo” Bodyweight Workout [Video and Infographic]
Today I’m sharing a workout that’s perfect for a busy schedule. No equipment is required — just your bodyweight and a mat if you prefer to use one.
This workout is themed around zoo animals, so it would be a great one to do with your kids! I recommend 8-12 reps of each exercise. (Remember if you work one side, make sure you do the same number of reps on the other side.) For the static poses, I recommend holding them for 30 seconds.
