Giving away my RT swag!

I'm am *starting* to clean up my office which is still in its post-RT state. I know...RT was about a month ago, but well, yeah. About that.

As you can see, I haven't found the time (or is it motivation?) to deal with the wireless keyboard that stopped working. Or the piles and piles of who knows what.

 But - I did manage to sort out my RT swag and I'm looking to give it away.

If you'd like some, send me a self-addressed envelope and I'll stuff it full of whatever I can get to fit. The bigger the envelope, the more stuff.

Fetish 101: Kinbaku (Japanese bondage)

Japanese bondage is a style of bondage that uses several pieces of thin rope to bind the bottom (submissive partner) into aesthetically pleasing positions. The binds are often simple, even though they appear intricate.

Some of the patterns are intentionally uncomfortable, some of these uncomfortable patterns allow for movement between two uncomfortable positions.  The discomfort is believed to increase tension and heighten the psychological impact.

Kinbaku is also known as Sokubaku, bakujojutsu, and senyojo jutsu.

If you're curious, I suggest watching the Japanese film Passions of a Private Secretary (2008). The plot is pretty so-so, the production quality is a bit on the budget side, and some viewers will not want to watch due to forced sex. (Will it help if I let you know she eventually comes to enjoy it?) Anyway, the film you will offer the opportunity to see several  Kinbaku patterns. If you have Netflix, you can get it by ordering the disc. The film is available from Amazon, although I'm not sure it it is worth the investment--even at the current low price of $15.

Another good source of information is the website Naturally Twisted. Click on the "community" section and then you can work your way to some tutorials and video demos on typing.

The title of the 1970 cult classic, even though it isn't in English, pretty much says it all.

In a sultry Istanbul nightclub, a beautiful woman dances while another woman in the audience recognizes the dancer as the figure that's been appearing to her in her dreams. Later, she's lured into an irresistible world of lesbian sex and vampirism. Dreamlike and backed by a sensational  score that Jesus Franco's cult horror film is highly stylized erotica for the smart set.



The trailer and these pictures makes the film appear much more exciting and complicated than it actually is. Good news: you do not have to pay attention to the plot to get the most out of this one. My suggestion? Invite over a bunch of friends and drink as much wine as you like.

Don't worry if the subtitles get blurry. You won't miss any key plot points, and you'll have fun with the visuals. That's pretty much all there is. And the visuals are pretty okay. Unless you are a fan of mid-century modern furnishing, then you'll love it. The apartments are swanky and beyond cool.

If you have Netflix, you can order it on disc. Otherwise, you can buy it used on Amazon for about $15--worth it if you split the cost with that group you're going to watch it with.

“I’m sure we can help you, Edward. I just want to you be certain you understand the risks.”
Edward Dean, who’d been sitting casually with his legs splayed and his arms behind his head, straightened, pulling himself in and moving his gaze across the chrome and glass of the downtown bar. A nervous sheen of sweat coated his neck and back, and he reached up to shove his hair off his forehead.
Sandra, the woman seated in front of him, was completely calm and in control. Her cool-blonde hair was wrapped into a complicated hairstyle that Edward had seen before but never understood. Her gray silk suit was tailored; her delicate shoes the only thing that hinted at her sexuality. 
But given that they had just spent the last two hours talking about nothing but sex, he was certain she knew her way around a bedroom. And many other places as well.
She took a sip of her white wine then set the glass down gently on the crisp tablecloth before speaking again. “Do you need more time to think things over?”
“No. That’s the problem.” Edward picked up his half-empty bourbon and spun it, watching the golden liquid swirl. “All I do is think about it. Over and over. Nothing changes. And then I think some more.” He took a sip, felt the liquid burn down his throat. “I tried. I can’t change anything. I can’t do anything.”
“You are doing something. You came to me. All I’m going to do is put things in motion. The rest, what happens afterward—” She lifted her palms. “Will be up to you.”
He nodded, but remained silent.
“The risks, though. Those are something to consider. Once my man begins nothing can be undone.”
“But she’ll be given a safety word—violet. And she—”
“It’s isn’t the risks to your wife Kelly that I’m talking about now.” Sandra leaned forward, her brown eyes clear and focused. “It’s the risk to you.”
Edward set his drink down. “Me? There aren’t any risks for me. There isn’t anything that I can’t handle.”

She slid her notebook toward the center of the table and picked up the slender, silver pen she’d set down after Edward had selected his wife’s safety word. “You need a safety word too.” A small smile lightened her face. “It has to be a flower.”
Edward swallowed hard, reconsidering. The time for thinking had passed. He may have already waited too long. The next step—the only possible step—was action. “I don’t need a safety word.”
Her gaze remained steady. “It’s required.”
He almost laughed. “In case you haven’t noticed, I’m twenty-five not sixty-five and I weigh about two hundred. I know how to use my body.”
A soft smile flickered across her glossed lips as her gaze skimmed across his solid shoulders. “That isn’t the kind of safety I mean. You’re asking to be pushed to the extreme. An emotional extreme in this case.” She lifted an arched eyebrow. “Emotional extremes do exist.” The sly gleam faded. “Rarely do we need the safety word, but we must have it. Just in case.”
“Just in case?”
“That’s right. Please.” She twirled the pen. “Your word?”
A laugh rumbled from his chest. “A flower? Can you suggest one? I have no idea.”
She looked him over again, taking her time, letting her gaze skim across his body. Edward leaned back and took a deep breath. His chest swelled and his muscles tensed as a flicker of interest sparked in the woman’s eyes. Although she wasn’t leering, her assessment of him was thorough, and her comfort with appraising a man—a near stranger—gave Edward a glimpse of the life he’d heard Sandra used to lead. High-priced call girl who specialized in the unusual and never left a client—man or woman—unsatisfied. His heart thumped just considering the possibilities.

Fetish 101: Cuckolding

While researching for a work in progress, a futuristic story about a girl who goes into the underworld to find her sister who has joined a notorious gang, I can across an awesome chart that maps out all the major fetishes. 
This chart is fascinating to me because not only does it include all the major fetishes, it shows the relationships between and among them.

The chart got me thinking, so I started checking out other fetishes; one I came across that intrigued me is cuckolding.
A cuckold is a man who gets off on watching his wife have sex with another men--preferably one with a big cock. The man who watches is a cuckold; the woman is a hot wife; the man who does her while the cuckold watches is a bull. 
A creepy version of cuckolding shows up in erotic suspense movies quite a bit. Some super powerful guy has a gorgeous wife he uses to lure men back to their place. She lures the unsuspecting guy in, has sex with them while her husband watches, and then bad things happen.
Somehow, I don’t think this is the way it goes this way in real life. For one thing, from what I’ve read the hot wife is usually dominant in the relationship. No dominant woman is going to get her husband do harm to her new boy toy. For another, there are everyday couples who enjoy this.


After stewing on this particular fetish for a couple weeks, I eventually turned it into a story idea. A man knows hasn’t been satisfying his wife the way she wants, but he doesn’t know what to do about it. So he does what any reasonable person would do--seeks helps.
