Directions: Choose a safe weight to begin your challenge with. Suggested reps indicated are for EACH SIDE** ONLY if performing Single Leg Deadlifts. Example: Day 1: 5 reps for 2 sets. Day 2: 5 reps per leg for 3 sets. Add weight each week if you’re ready.

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT VARIATIONS
PREREQUISITE AND WARNING: You must be able to do a traditional weighted deadlift before moving to one leg. Do not attempt Single-Leg Deadlifts with load until you’ve mastered the movement without weights. Practice the Single-Leg Deadliftmovement pattern prior to adding load. This is not an explosive movement. Rushing this exercise will only cause you to lose balance and injure yourself. View video below for proper instruction. Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.

Around The World - Great Kettlebell Warm up!
Try this simple warm up I call Around the Worlds. Great for the core! This will be used in Kettlebell Incinerator. Warning: I have seen bells fly away with this drill so be careful and start light and make sure you distance yourself or do this on ground that can handle a dropped bell. 21 Day Squat Challenge - #21DaysOfSquats
Happy New Year! Squats are one of the most beneficial exercises to practice. I could sit here and tell you how squatting makes you stronger, more conditioned, firms your legs and butt, improves digestion but I'm sure you know the endless amount of benefits when doing them properly. So let's just get to squatting! Beginners are welcomed! Join our Challenge Today!

Delicious Easy Egg Bake
This Egg bake did not last long in my house. My poor husband was drooling and waiting ever so patiently while I was taking a few photos. I've never seen him so patient while hungry. He knew it was good and wanted to me to share this with the world.
This dish is super easy to make. You can use any veggies and cheese you want. I used Goat Cheese but prior to this egg bake I made mini egg, turkey bacon and cheddar cheese bakes using muffin tins that the kids loved. I used a 5 cup Pyrex dish because it was just for my husband and me. You can double the recipe if you're making it for a larger group.
Ingredients
8 Organic Large Eggs (whisked)
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1/2 cup of Goat Cheese
Handful of arugula
2 chopped jalapeños
1 chopped green onion
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 tsp of Vital Salt - Black Truffle Sesame Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place all the chopped veggies evenly in a 5 cup 1.2L dish.
Pour the eggs evenly over the vegetables.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the eggs
Cook for 30-40 minutes depending on how the size of your egg bake.
The inside will be moist but not wet when ready. Enjoy with fresh arugula and some hot sauce if you like it spicy.

Workouts on the road can be as simple as using your body weight. Most hotel gyms have a few little dumbbells hanging around. You don't need much to get your train on.
