Opportunities we create for ourselves that are aligned with our soul calling or purpose are on our mind.  We are called upon to stand together, to support each other and help others during this anxious time.

With Saturn entering Aquarius, and moving out of patriarchal Capricorn, we are seeing the world in a new way, a world where we can be compassionate and inclusive. We are in life changing times as the Corona virus tests our integrity, our survival emotions, and our ability to join forces to help each other through.

Mars and Jupiter align in Capricorn – sign of the high climbing mountain goat. There’s room for a different kind of success story in the world that’s being created now. Solutions we have never imagined are to hand but we have to tap into our higher selves to reach for them.

Mercury now direct re-enters inspiration and compassionate Pisces. We can walk the path between two worlds now – the spiritual and the material, when we align to a higher purpose or goal. The new ‘upwardly mobile’ isn’t about one person’s success. It’s about all for one and one for all!

Can spirit guides fix our lives? How to Tune into your spirit guide

Hey Soul Warrior, have you ever wondered can Spirit Guides fix our life? Never has there been a greater time to connect with our spirit guides, I know that lots of you are interested in spirit guides.  So who are our spirit guides? our spirit buddies can be people who have crossed over, our higher selves or even our future selves talking across the universe from one of our potential futures.  We all have spirit guides and they play a valuable role in our lives.  But one question often asked is, if they are there to guide us, why don’t spirit guides stop bad things happening to us?

If you’ve read my biography,  Touched by Evil, you’ll know that I had a twin sister, Lucy, who died at birth.  She was with me throughout my difficult and painful childhood.  She’d appear when I was in trouble (often) and sometimes make it obvious to me what I had to do.

Can Spirit Guides Warn Us Of Danger?

So if Spirit Guides can fix our life, can they warn us of danger? You do hear stories about spirit guides telling people to slow down when they are driving in a way that helps them avoid accidents they see further down the road.  But generally, spirit guides can’t actually stop things happening to us.  That would mean that they have control over all sorts of things and people that they just don’t have.

They can warn us though.  And, as their name suggests, they can guide us into taking action which means we can duck what life throws at us or swerve around it altogether.

How Do Spirit Guides Work?

Spirit guides work in the same way as our own psychic intuition.  They can do their very best to get through to us, but we have to make the space to let them in.  Often, we don’t listen to them for all the same reasons that we don’t listen to our own psychic intuition.  We meet someone new and our spirit guides give us a nudge that there’s something not quite right about them.  We ignore it and go on to discover it the hard way.  I got myself mixed up into all sorts of things that weren’t good for me when I was young, despite Lucy’s best warnings.

Can A Spirit Guide Harm You?

Spirit guides would never tell you to hurt yourself or anyone else, Spirit guides never dictate what we do or bring any negative intention for us or others.  They work for our highest good. I often hear an Owl when my mother has a message for me or dream of a snake when there is a person I should watch out for. Occasionally I will have a dream where an old fashioned phone is ringing and I know it’s a psychic message from spirit and important things are going on.

We all know a bit about colour meanings because we can feel them intuitively. When we don a bright red scarf we feel the flicker of vitality.

When we gaze into the azure blue skies, we experience a sense of calm and tranquillity. Yet it’s deeper than that. Colour has a vibration that influences us. The good news is that we can transform the energy of our home with a simple lick of paint!

Using colour for healing

There’s no doubt, colours can be used for healing, mood enhancement, personal growth, communication; in fact, the spectrum of colour meanings and their influence is virtually endless.

We can even use colours to express positive intentions within the home. In fact, the ancient Asian art of Feng Shui is based on the manipulation physical environment to induce positive energy flow. We can use colour to enhance our homes and boost our energy at the same time!

Observation is key

When I worked on the TV series “Housebusters” on channel 5 one of the first things I tuned into was the front door. It is after all the gateway into our sanctuary and a portal of magic! Red Door Meanings

Aside from an invigorating feel the colour red gives; it’s also a sign of welcome and luck. Early North American settlers painted their doors as a sign of good neighbour and hospitality. Folklore indicates a weary traveler could stop at a home with a red door and be assured a good meal and a peaceful night’s stay. Catholic churches often bear a red door as a symbol of the sacrificial blood of Christ – an ultimate statement of love. In Feng Shui, a red door is symbolic of an opening of “chi” or energy and is very auspicious.

Orange Door Meanings

Orange is a colour associated with Mercury, which is the swiftest of the planets. When you know you feel great, come back to the present and turn your psychic attention to the future.

Now think about the future

Set your intention for a specific point – maybe an upcoming event where you want to be at your very best, or just at a period away from the present which covers a  general time span during which you’d like to make some positive changes in your life.

Start to move forward to that point, trusting that deep at a cellular level you are processing all the information you’ll need to take you from the present to the future you want to create.

When you get to that point, rest awhile and look back to see how far you’ve come and to also notice anything interesting that you might want to take conscious note of to bring back to the present.

Return to the present and ground yourself firmly by getting up and moving around, holding on to all of those good feelings that you’ve gathered along your way.

You can repeat this experiment by projecting yourself into a happy future. Look around you when you get there and pay attention to the detail. Write a note of what you see and ask your future self for tips on how to get there from now!

Speed it up, slow it down

When you first do this particular process, you might enjoy taking a long time to do it, especially when it comes to reliving past happy moments and experiencing the exciting future that you want to create for yourself.

But as you get better at it, you can choose to do it fast or slow – this is something that you can train yourself to do in a couple of minutes and it’s the kind of thing that you can do anywhere, without any huge ritual around it.

After all, we’re always drifting into the past and the future in our daily imagination, so you might as well use it to your quantum advantage!
