What’s Cooking Wednesday – Lime Broiled Catfish
Hubster made this on his night to cook.
Lime Broiled Catfish
Ingredients:
1T butter
2 T lime juice
t salt
t pepper
t garlic powder
2 catfish fillets (about 6 oz each)
Optional garnishes: lime slices, chopped parsley
Instructions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in lime juice, S&P and garlic powder. Remove from heat.
Place fillets in a shallow baking pan. Brush generously with lime-butter sauces. Broil for 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
