Lilac City Comicon
This coming weekend is Lilac City Comicon in Spokane, WA, where I’ll be with Books & Chains on Saturday and Sunday in the Vendors/Exhibitors Hall! Science Fiction author Jesikah Sundin, myself, and chainemaille jewelry artist Elise Kreinbring will be there selling our books and chainemaille jewelry so come say hello–Booth 208.

Zelda + Eerl = WIN
Zelda + Eerl = WIN. Or at least it does for me.
For those of you who missed my reading at Norwescon 40, I opened by reading from The Legend of Zelda manual (the original one from the NES days) from Eerl’s point of view (Class-M Exile). I had a lot of requests to record it for those who missed it, so I did.

TT: The Death of Sleep
The Death of Sleep was the first book I ever read centered around the idea of cryosleep. I still love this series, old though this cover may be.

Norwescon 40 Wrap-Up
Norwescon is definitely one of my favorite conventions, and Norwescon 40 was no exception; mostly because it’s full of my people: science fiction and fantasy geeks, gamers, scientists, filkers, and cosplayers.
