hard time concentrating
Having a little bit of a hard time concentrating on writing The Dragon’s Queen when The Impatient Lord’s release date is so close.
I still get so excited, and stressed, and nervous, and excited, and a little nauseated, jittery, dance-y, excited, nervous again…welll, you get the idea. Even after so long in the business, I still get anxious over a release. With the preorder attached, this one even more important.
I really hope this is not a matter of I can’t concentrate for the next 10-ish days before it comes out.

I can write a 20 book series, but ask me to pull an excerpt from one of them and suddenly I’m brain dead.
I also hate blurb writing. It took me a novel to say everything. Now you want it in 2 paragraphs, lol
