Author Request: Why it’s important to leave reviews for books you like

(I’d call it a plea, but I’m trying to look dignified as I beg *insert goofy face here*)
Readers, have you read something of mine you enjoyed? Please consider leaving a (honest) review at the vendor sites to let other readers know–Amazon, B&N, etc…
FAQ: Why it’s important to leave good reviews for books you like:
I know a lot of readers don’t know how important leaving a review can be, but a lot of vendor sites use that in their algorithms to determine what people see. The more popular the book, the more it’s seen, the more potential sales for the author, the bigger chance they’ll keep writing that series/genre.
It doesn’t have to be long, or ready to be turned in to a college professor. Just keep it honest. 
And thank you to all who take the time to review books for myself and other authors. It’s appreciated.

If you’re not familiar with Kindle Worlds go check it out. The original Silo Saga: Wool is by author Hugh Howey. My story is a (authorized) romance set in that world.

FAQ: Something something your book something?
I try very, very hard to make my books easy to find and navigate through on my website for readers. Even so, I often get asked where you can find my books, if I have this book, reading orders, series names, booklists, if something else…
On my website I have all my books divided by different categories for easy navigation.
By Title – A list of all my books in ABC order with a link to each individual book page
By Publisher – Looking for something from a certain publisher or imprint
By Series – List of series to find all the books in it
By Genre – Separated out by romance sub-genre
Audio Only – for you audio fans
Print Only – for you paperback fans
Coming Soon – for you awesome fans

When you find what you want, you can then go to the book’s page. Each book page will have where you can buy the book with a link to help you get there. I try to keep this updated. Series, previous books or next books in the series. Easy to like and tweet buttons (please please please use them ). If you notice the tabs below the cover: Blurbs, description, technical details like ISBNs, formats, release dates, reviews, excerpts, and any extras like book videos.
And, the ability to ZOOM in on those gorgeous covers on each book page. You know for the man-chest, I mean, um, for art appreciation purposes.

Life of the Author… Reality TV
Life of the Author…
So I was queried to be part of a reality tv show from a pretty well known production company who has a lot of such shows on tv. No, seriously. This really happened. This year. (I won’t go into details about what, who, where because I don’t want to spoil their project if they go ahead with it).
I wonder if they expected me to wear something other than my author attire aka pajama pants during filming. I’m not sure my staring at a screen for 18 hours a day is entertaining, but I suppose you could let me out into the wild and see what happens.
If this gets me closer to my dream of being a zombie in a film, I might consider it.
