Special offer - Posting my Print Books

For any of you in Australia who are reading my books and want a print copy I am happy to send you one via Australia post for $15. This price covers print and postage costs and returns me a couple dollars after all costs are taken out.

Generally I prefer to sell through bookshops to give them the business but as a self published author it is beyond my capacity to have a distribution network to the majority of outlets and locations. So this provides an alternative way to do it. For payment I will send you an invoice and internet banking details with the book/s on the assumption that most people are honest and pay for what they get.

It is not feasible for me to offer this for overseas reader as the postage cost generally exceeds the cost of people buying from other channels, but for these people I am happy to offer a free ebook or two.

Book Launch in Darwin

Only ten days until the book launch of my memoir, Arnhem's Kaleidoscope Children, in Darwin at Brown's Mart on Sunday 27th May as part of the NT Wriiters Festival.

It is the story of my family growing up in a remote aboriginal community in western Arnhem Land, the landscape of Crocodile Dundee and provided the inspiration for my Crocodile Dreaming Series Novels.

As an author one needs to celebrate successes

I am on the verge of the number 200 - (196 today and closing on 200 ratings on Goodreads plus 46 reviews)

It is not much for a big name author. For me in self published space it feels like a big milestone.

But this number is not about me - it means all these people each spent many hours reading one of my books and felt strongly enough about it to let me know, so thanks to all - I am in your debt.

Not all are positive though most are. But even the negative are valued as they give me ideas for improvement and the aim that the next 200 score a bit better.

Upcoming Book - Breaker Mb

100 years after the Harry Morant died the Breaker name is being spoken again. They say he can ride like Harry could, they say he is fearless wild and dangerous like the Breaker was. Who this man no one seems to know but many across the outback know of.

This November I am writing the prequel to the Crocodile Series - who is Mark B and where did he come from. Why are many calling the new Breaker.

Looking for Aussie Reader

I am a self published author who has a dark series of 5 books set in the Australian Outback which get many thousands of ebook downloads in the US and UK but are largely unread in Australia.
