口内炎に悩んでいます
口腔内の口内炎について 小さいころから，口腔内にたくさん口内炎ができるので，大変困っていました。数で言うと，一回に4つ，5つできることはざらで，噛んでもできるし，体調が少し悪くてもできるし，刺激や変化があるだけで口内炎が出来ていました。
いったいどうしてでしょう。胃が荒れているからと言われたこともありますが，具体的に，胃が荒れているならばどうしたらいいのか，まったくわかりませんでした。大人になってからも苦労しましたが，ふとしたことで知った，タンクリーニングで，口内炎が改善しました。

これは子供の頃からずっと続いている症状なので、今でも１ヶ月に１回か２回出来てしまいます。薬をつけても中々直らなく１０日近く続いてしまうことがあります。口内炎で私は特にきついことが２つあります。
一つ目は、口内炎が出来てしまうとどんどん大きくなってしまうことです。薬を塗ってもでかくなってしまい、クレーターのようになってしまい痛くてかなりの不快感があります。２つ目は、舌の裏と先に出来てしまうことです。
下に口内炎が出来てしまうと食事中にかなり痛くなるからです。特に舌の先端にできてしまうと食べ物を口の中に入れるときに一番最初に当たってしまうので激痛を伴いながら食事をするので、食事が苦痛に感じてしまいます。
私はよく周りの人から口内炎がよく出来る理由はビタミンC不足だからと言われています。実際にチョコラBBを飲んでいるときは出来ないときが多くなります。これから継続していければ少しでも悩みを解決することが出来ます
口臭が発生するパターンと対策
口臭が発生するパターンとして、口腔内の異常が考えられます。代表的なのが「歯周病」によって歯茎の状態が悪化した場合の例です。まずは自分の口腔内を確かめてみましょう。
朝起きると、口の中がネバネバしている。
歯茎が赤くはれ上がり、歯と歯の間の三角形の部分が｢ブヨブヨ｣と柔らかくなっている。
歯と歯の間に隙間が出来て、食べカスがそこに詰りやすくなっている。
歯茎が退縮して、歯周ポケットができている。
退縮が原因で、歯が長く見える。
歯がぐらぐらしている７歯の根っこまで見えている。
歯茎の痛みがずっと続き、膿まででてきている。
対策
歯周病の症状が現れた時点で対策を行わないと、プラークが蓄積されて“歯周ポケット”を作ってしまいます。プラークをこまめに除去するには、毎日の歯磨きを丁寧に行うことです。特に歯と歯茎の境目の部分を、柔らかい歯ブラシを使って磨いてみてください。歯周病が悪化し「セルフケア」に限界を感じた場合は、歯医者さんで特殊な器具を使った「スケーリング」という歯周病の基本治療を行います。それだけでは改善できない場合、歯茎を切開して溜まったプラークを取り除く「フラップ手術」という外科的処置を施す場合もあります。
