Winter's approach

Undoubtedly, whenever we write anything and make it part of the public domain, not only do we expose glimpses of our treasured, tortured past but we also leave ourselves open to public scrutiny. It is a glorious Sunday morning. I just took the dogs out for a morning walk, and like most mornings, as is the life of a writer, I begin to tap away with anxious digits upon deadened keys.
