THREE IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Cross-posted from my Fighting For Your Fantasy blog!
Hello and happy day-after-thanksgiving, all you Fighting Fantasists out there!
I've got some very special announcements and updates for everyone that I want to share. So, without further ado, here they are!
1- The Lone Wolf Series Playthroughs
As you've no doubt noticed, I've had to take a short break from running these playthroughs, namely so that I can focus on other work (see announcement 2). I still intend to complete the Kai Lord series, and you can expect them to pick up very, very soon...
2- My New Book
This is the reason why the Lone Wolf gamebooks has been on hold for a while. I've been working flat-out on my new novel, a fantasy comedy titled "SCROLLS OF ETHERIA", published by Ionic Books.
Everyone has been talking about SCROLLS OF ETHERIA, the hottest and biggest fantasy MMORPG ever. Roka the elf is a new player, stumbling head-first into this bizarre new video gaming experience. In a shared digital world this big, players have to work together to succeed, and it isn't long before the curious elf finds an eager group of adventurers. Unfortunately for him, Roka never bargained for joining a guild full of quite so many crazy and unusual characters, both inside the game and in the real-world as well! In a world where you can be anything, from a towering rock golem to a shrewd fire-wielding rabbit, Roka discovers wonders that he never imagined, and dangers just as deadly as anything the real world could throw at him!
Now, here's the important part. This book is dedicated to the memory of Terry Pratchett, who passed away sadly in 2015. Dedicated to his work, every penny of author royalties raised from sales of this book within its first six months will be donated to Alzheimer's Research UK (http://www.alzheimersresearchuk.org)
I have been working almost flat-out on this book, and it has become my largest novel-writing project to date. I am now, as of writing this post, finishing the final chapter. Once this is done, the final draft will be complete.
Please, please do tell your friends and family about this book, and follow us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/scrollsofetheria/
3- A special announcement from 6Quest
If you've been keeping an eye on Kickstarter lately (and to be fair, with the #BringbackMST3K, who hasn't?), then you may have noticed the very exciting Interactive fiction campaign 6Quest by the talented Paul Murányi currently running!
6Quest is a choose-your-own-adventure type fantasy game with stories where you are the main character. They take place in Felorian, a land full of adventure, intrigue and mystery. Short or long, easy or hard, charming or horrific - all stories have their place in this fantasy world.
Paul invited me to try out the free demo for their project (http://demo.6quest.com/) and it plays genuinely fantastically. I would strongly recommend giving it a shot. But, even more importantly, if you check out their Kickstarter project NOW, you have the chance to grab some fantastic rewards, right up to creating your own quest as well!
Check out their Kickstarter project now at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/640897390/6quest-a-game-of-interactive-fiction
That's all the messages for now! Stay tuned for new Lone Wolf gamebooks real soon, everyone!

An interview with... CB Archer!
C.B. Archer is the author of the comical fantasy erotic adventure novel "Breaking the Code". I was lucky enough to find CB Archer and grabbed the following interview with him!
1 - Who are you? What are you doing here? How did you get into my living room?
I am CB Archer, #1 (and only) purveyor of quality Elfrotica. I am here for my interview, with you, as you invited me. Under the potted plant was where you kept your spare key? I mean really, who wouldn’t think to look there first? I took the liberty of hiding it in a better place for you.
2 - What kind of books do you read, then? Tell me some of your favorites.
I have always been big on fantasy novels, they have always been my first reading love. If I am going to go into a store, or search on a digital store, that is always the first section I will look. My current favourite series is The Nightrunner Series by Lynn Flewelling due to it having two great things together that I like: Elves and boys kissing.
3 - What kind of experience or knowledge did you have to draw on when writing 'Breaking the Code'?
Besides video games being one of my favourite hobbies, I also have a degree in video game design (legit credentials here). I strove to make the actual game in which my novels are set, Annals of Gentalia, as plausible as possible. Classes and abilities have been planned out, locations are designed, and even the ignored main story quest was all planned. Everyone in the novels tends to ignore the setting, but it is all there.
4 - You definitely seem to lean towards the elves. Why is that? Why not go for a big, beefy, well-endowed orc? Aren't elves a little scrawny? How 'big' is Anders, anyway?
An elf is the main character of this series, and it does feature a few more, mostly because I wanted to make fun of the sheer amount of elf types in fantasy games. (I will also admit that I do indeed have a special place in my heart for elves, I think it is the ears honestly)
Beefy boys also hold special places in my heart. Mr. Max is rather beefy, even if he is a human. As for orcs, there aren’t any orcs at all, there are trolls though, even some big beefy boy ones, watch for one in book 2!
Anders? His size is Body Style #2, Average! *smirk*
5 - What ways are you like the main character of the book, the elf Anders? He's very naive and innocent, I somehow don't think you're quite that.
You haven’t seen me try to read this book out loud then! I get very flustered and embarrassed about what is going on in the story, much like Anders. I also am not a fan of swearing, but I do let them slip once in awhile! (Crackers!)
6 - Hey, I read your book and it has a lot of comedy. It's actually really funny. But it also has buckets of ess-ee-ecks in it! How did you go about combining the two and, more importantly, why?
Why did I put so much humour into this erotic tale? I don’t rightly know, it just fit. I think that if this story was serious, it would be pretty intense. Probably too intense. Some very horrible things happen and without strong doses of humour I don’t think that it would sit well with the audience I would actually be proud to call fans.
I am able to write either humorously or sarcastically (or restaurant menus), so for this book I wrote humorously because that was the style that fit.
Fun Fact: It wasn’t even originally set in a video game - until I wrote the first word and then it was! It took an entire word of writing to completely change my original concept.
7 - So, big surprise in chapter 22, huh? What do you want to tell our readers about that? And on that subject, when you play games do you choose male or female characters and why?
There is a big event in Chapter 22 involving the Caps Lock user. I offered every beta reader (and even some regulation readers) an opportunity to win a CB Archer made cake if they figured out what the twist was in that specific chapter. My cake pan is still clean, for a reference.
When I play games it can vary. I don’t mind either way and it often depends on the character or their moves more than their gender. If it is a make your own character huge open world I tend to end up playing at least once as a guy and once as a girl to see the differences in the story.
(I do like to make big beefy custom Soul Caliber dudes with the most girly weapons though because full plate wearing badasses wielding dual tambourines is hilarious!)
8 - What big secrets await the reader in future volumes? Nothing too shocking, but give us some hints!
The reader of Book Two and Book Three can expect to learn all sorts of plots and some sexy bits! Okay, that was about as unshocking as it gets, I can do better.
Okay, how about this. In Book 2 characters have a chance to completely remake their avatars before the story starts. Not everyone is the same as they were in Book 1. Some avatars have changed their class, others their appearance, and some others maybe even have changed their race.
(Also there is beefy gladiator banging!)
9 - When is book 2 due out? Tell us all about it! What can we expect?
Book Two is called Fighters of the Code and I am aiming to get it out by the end of this year, or early next year! In this book the characters start to fight back against the game itself! The returning characters get fleshed out more, and some new ones will show up! (I wonder what kind of sexy powers they will have?)
(You can also expect more elf banging!)
10 - Now, I'm an author myself, and I know that our breed are always thinking of what other stories we can tell. What other tales do you dream of telling us?
I am planning out two other series in the same Annals of Gentalia franchise. One features all new characters to bang, but the other might just be about Anders and friends exploring an entire different genre in fiction! Are you ready to kick off the fantasy boots? Anders might be!

Book Release: Survivor Style
Broken & Damaged Love by TL Clark is being released on: 15th October 2015, and is now available for pre-order.
This is a fictitious CSA survivor story, which then blossoms into a romance novel when Tina steps along her path to recovery. It deals with this serious issue with a brutal honesty.
It has been written with the intention of offering hope to survivors of child abuse, and to help inform the general public of the signs to watch out for.
My name is Tina and this is my story.
In the fullness of time I have gone from victim to survivor of child abuse, but it was hard work getting there.
I am fortunate; I found good friends who helped me on my journey.
Read how my life was turned from one of horror to one of happiness.
The reader is challenged to realise that abusers can appear ‘normal’ to the outside world, but what happens behind closed doors can be oh so different from the person you thought you knew.
The money raised from the first month’s sales of this book will be donated to HAVOCA
Broken & Damaged Love is a self-published novel, RRP £0.99.
Available on all Amazon sites.
About the Author
TL Clark has been a self-published author for two years, but also has a ‘day job’ and practices holistic therapies.
In the past she volunteered as a counsellor for young people, which helped inspire some of this storyline (but none of it is based on real life experiences directly).
She was born, raised and indeed still lives in Southern England.

Next Book's Cover - Sneak Peek!
Okay guys, I've kinda been keeping this under wraps because it's not ready. It's not even finalised yet. But THIS... is the first sketch image for the cover of my next book.
There's a lot of work still to be done on it though, so this is by no means the final version. Consider this a teaser!
