I think I'd have to say that Hermione and Ron are my favorite from the Harry Potter series. As I was reading, I always thought that J.K. Rowling would take the easy road and have Harry and Hermione fall for each other, but when she turned the tables and had Ron step in, I felt that it fell in line perfectly with how people meet each other in real life. Most of the time, the "One" is not always who you expect, but who you need at that particular time. That, for me, is perfection.(less)

It's difficult to sit in front of a computer screen for hours on end without wanting to tear your own eyeballs out, especially if a scene your writing is not as good as you want it to be, but I always tell myself that with a little time and a lot of editing, my writing will get to where it needs to be.(less)
