is hiding deep down underneath
so many tiny broken beds.

A NEW July/August Flock of Thirteen Myna Birds is Here!
Just in time for the last weekend of July launching into the first Sunday and week of August, a NEW flock of Thirteen Myna Birds has arrived! Offering poetry by Jason O'Toole, Louise Robertson, Scott Ferry, Howie Good, Carol Ellis, Vickie Iorio, and Edward Lee!
"how can i love when the howling floor keeps howling open? - sharp tooth creatures stir unseen - covered in blood, the moon twists and turns - midwifed by the angel of despair - Closer to being found dead, perhaps in this blue armchair - with the darkness of a punctured shoebox - choking in her easy chair - see leather, distressed when they look at each other’s skin - The ship malfunctions. Their sanity frays. They slowly turn against one another. - They carry betrayal in their stomachs, in that series of pouches - bursting tiny envelopes, purple-red stains - i step up to the vinyl torsos - I did not tell her it is science not secrets that make things true - The ground is littered with used paper face masks - Fire burns a smile across the sky"
