I don't remember when I knew I wanted to be an author; it was just something that was always present inside my soul. Words have always fascinated me, especially the way the right words strung together could capture almost any experience and make it live for whoever was reading them. In fact, I loved writing so much that I was that one weirdo in class who would rather write a 10-page essay than take a multiple-choice exam.

I have tried my hand at many kinds of writing--poetry, children's stories, short stories, novels, scripts, and the occasional song lyric (although I usually deal with parodies of popular songs rather than my own). Resolving Not to Resolve…

I’m almost a week late, but some things can’t be rushed, especially for a master procrastinator.

That said, I’m not one for making New Year’s resolutions, but I decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea to lay out some goals for this year. So here goes.
