Fractured Fairy Tales: A SaSS Anthology
Once upon a time…
Happily ever after…
All of the fairy tales we know and love begin and end the same, but what if they were altered? Fractured? Would the magic still happen? Does that happy ending still come at the stroke of midnight or with a kiss?
The Locklears will be co-authoring a new story in the Fractured Fairy Tales Anthology, in association with the 2020 Sexy & Sassy Author Event. We're excited to join this amazing group of SaSSy authors to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Lip Services PR is honored to be working with SaSS and the authors to promote this amazing charity anthology. Make-A-Wish is all about creating life-changing wishes for children with a critical illness.

Update On Constellation #3
Hello Everyone,
I want to update all of you about Matter, the third book of the Constellation series.
I'd originally planned on releasing the book by September, but the truth is I'm still writing it.
This year has been challenging for me in that I just haven't had as much free time to finish the book. The real life job has been all consuming and there have been multiple health issues in our family this year.
It's safe to say I'm more done writing the novel than not, and I'm really, really happy with how the story is unfolding. But I'm not going to lie, I'm also not ready to let Kathleen and Jack go just yet. It's hard to believe their love story is almost fully told, and I think you'll be really pleased with the trilogy.
I don't have a new release date picked out yet, but I'm working with my editor to select a deadline. I'm expecting to have Matter available when we go to our 2020 signings.
Thanks for your patience with me and for your support of Kathleen and Jack.

Now Available!

Locklear Books is proud to announce the release of Paperback Writers, an anthology of short stories by some of today’s most exciting authors. The collection will be released on June 11th, 2019, and 100% of all proceeds will benefit the World Literacy Foundation.
Participating authors include Beck Anderson, Kris Babe, MJ Grace, Rumer Haven, Shari Ivey, Effie Kammenou, Morgan and Jennifer Locklear, Sydney Logan, Melanie Moreland, Tara Severance, Susan K. Swords, and Aubree Valentine. Sylvain Reynard will write the foreword.
The genres will vary, as will the time periods, and the styles, but each story will touch upon the Beatles at some point. Some mentions will be in passing, while some will be integral plot points. All will delight and inspire.

Good News Coming Soon!
Happy Tuesday, Everyone!
Here at home, the holidays have officially ended. Everyone is back to work and school, and I'm expected to appear at the office 5 days in a row. But, there's also plenty to look forward to in the Book World this week, so I wanted to share some announcements with you.
Last night, I'll popped over to Cara Dee's Facebook group to celebrate her KU launch. My giveaways are still open so you can still participate in the festivities.
Today, I posted my review of Freya Barker's new book, Burning for Autumn and hope you will consider adding this one to your TBR list. Spoiler alert: It's my first 5 star read of 2019.
On Wednesday, Sydney Logan will be stopping by the Stargazers Squad at 8:00 PM Eastern/5:00 PM Pacific to chat about her new release, No Time for Lullabies. I was lucky enough to read the ARC over the weekend, and was crying real tears by the 47% mark. This is a great story with a great couple, and now I want my very own Dr. Brody.
Over the next few days, I'll be chatting a lot about this book - posting my review and stopping by Sydney's group of Sweethearts to takeover the big release party.
And finally, we have a nice surprise in the works that I'm hoping to announce in next week or two, tops. Be sure to keep an eye out for the exciting news!

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, Everyone!
This year promises to be an exciting one for the Locklears. We are celebrating 30 years together as a couple and have several release dates on the publishing schedule.
We'll also be visiting a multitude of cities including PIttsburgh, Toronto, Charlotte, Dallas, Paris, London, and Dublin. We're eager to share these months with you and hope to see a few of you somewhere on the incredible journey to come in 2019.
What are you looking forward to this year?

Did you know that December is also known as "Read A New Book Month"?
With it being the busy Christmas season, this book holiday was began to encourage everyone to stop, take a minute, and delve into a great new book.
I've been keeping this in mind as I plan a special holiday event for The Stargazers Squad .
If you've been a Stargazer for a while, you know how much I love to play Santa Cran. If you're new to the Squad this year, you're in for a holiday treat. Either way, I think you'll all be really pleased, so be sure to mark your calendars!
