FEMINIST: COLLEGES SHOULD SPEND LESS TIME ON SEXUAL POLITICAL CORRECTNESS AND MORE TIME TEACHING WOMEN ABOUT THE REAL THREAT OF STRANGER RAPE.

Social critic and author Camille Paglia, 67, wrote an opinion piece for Time Magazine addressing so-called sex assault epidemic on campuses arguing that female college students are naive and careless about the true nature of men as sexual predators. The self-described ‘dissident feminist’, a professor at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, penned the column this week in reaction to the recent abduction of University of Virginia sophomore Hannah Graham, 18, who was last seen two weeks ago in the company of a 32-year-old nursing assistant.

In her provocative opinion, Paglia builds her argument on the premise that young, college-age women often become victims of sexual assault because they have a false sense of security and do not keep their guard up in public places. She goes so far as to say that colleges should stick to academics instead of lecturing students about sex assault, which in her mind is an exercise in futility. Erica Mesa, 27, of Fredericksburg, a married math teacher and volleyball coach at Colonial Forge High School in Virginia has been charged with three counts of custodian indecent liberties and solicitation of a 17-year-old minor using a computer. According to an investigation conducted by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, the school superintendent and child protective services revealed that the victim was 16-years-old at the outset of his sexual relationship with Erica Mesa last winter.

Victoria Tatum, 24, a female teacher at Newton County High School in Georgia is facing aggravated sodomy and child molestation charges over the alleged indecent assault of a 15-year-old boy. A recent Graduate of University of Delaware has come forward to tell the story of how a professor offered to give her an 'A' grade in exchange for oral sex. 'A TEACHER WITH BENEFITS': FORMER STUDENT, 17, DESCRIBES ILLICIT AFFAIR WITH EX-UTAH TEACHER, 35, ACCUSED OF HAVING SEX WITH TWO TEENAGERS.

A 17-year-old student at Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah has described his relationship with his 35-year-old English teacher Brainne Altice, a former teaching assistant accused of having sex with two teenagers as a 'teacher with benefits'. One of the teenage boys, now 18, offered graphic details during his testimony about how he went from being Altice's student to allegedly having sex with her in his Farmington home. The teen testified that he was 17 years old when a relationship with Altice took place between April and June of last year.
