New Release! Beautiful Chaos
Hi Everybody!
I'm really excited to announce that my second novel, "Beautiful Chaos" is finally ready for release! It will be available on Amazon for pre-order until July 1st.
This is a little bit of a departure from my coming-of-age drama "Hope for Garbage". But it's similar to HFG in that it's fast-moving, emotionally charged, and full of surprises. And the characters are true-to-life. I think readers will root for Brady & Vivienne like they did for Trevor.
If you get a chance to read it, please let me know what you think :)

The Nightingale
I've been listening to the The Nightingale for the last couple of weeks on Audible and I was thinking how unbelievable it was that such atrocities took place 70 years ago in a city as beautiful as Paris. (I was lucky enough to visit there once in college.)
Then, Friday night, as I was listening to the last chapter, I saw the breaking news on CNN and felt my stomach drop.
My thoughts are with all of those in Paris affected by this horrific tragedy.

Rating Books I've read
I've been hard at work on my second novel, but I am still a bookworm at heart. It can be difficult, but I always try to squeeze in time to do some reading. I've also discovered audible books and holy ** I can listen while I'm unloading the dishwasher or driving in my car! It's pretty amazing.
Anyway, I've read a lot of great books lately and I'm going to begin listing them as 'finished reading'.
But I've decided not to rate them - not because I didn't enjoy them, but simply because I'm an author myself and it just feels strange doing so.
I love hearing other reader's opinions about books. My old college roommate and I used to recommend and discuss books that we'd read. With our busy lives we've gotten away from it :(
But talking about books (real talking or online), in my opinion, is one of the biggest joy's of reading. So, if anyone ever wants to chat about a book, let me know :) Happy Reading!!!
