You Won't Ever See Me Complaining About Anything

Wednesdays are set aside,on thisBlog,for me toRant & Raveabout things in life that I think are complete lies in today's media,injustices against my fellow man,and all around stupid people who,if asked,couldn't point out which way is up.So today I want to bring up the fact about theInternetandHaterswho've got toHate.I come across more hateful,misleading,complaining websites then uplifting ones.Well,I am here to tell everyone to stop complaining about everythingand start doing something about it.Sitting around complaining,just adds more stress to yourself about what you are complaining about.Look at your complaint.Think about how it affects you.Think about what you can do to not let that complaint affect you.Then do something about it.Don't wait for someone to come alongand save the day while you are complaining.That never happens.Get up,take charge,and go pay that parking ticket before it doubles in amount because you are late paying! This is,You Won't Ever See Me Complaining About Anything,Stupid Parking Ticket,Unless I Been Falsely Ticketed By The Man!Jim Hauenstein,
And,
“Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them.”
- Lou HoltzThat is my story and I am sticking to it! And if you have ever read more then one Post of mine,you know I complain a lot!Now I am going to do something about it.I am just not going to let my complaining stress me out!  Like what you are reading,or do not like what you see.Set up my Blog as your Homepage,or sign up as a Follower,or leave a Comment,and I will answer you in a Post. Thanks for reading.

Middle-Schoolers, Right?

When your children are young,they are very susceptibleand are learning from the things they see,smell,and touch.They are being taught what is rightand wrong.They pick up habits from the people around them.It doesn't matter if they are goodor bad ones.This is a story of one of those moments that seem so innocentand harmless,that most people would disregard the memory after it happened.For me?I love this memory.It shows how smart kids areand how quickly they can learn.
It all started in my 1995 Mitsubishi Montero. A large enough vehicle to cart all my kids around town in. Side note. When you become a Parent, you also become a Taxi Driver who doesn't get paid. The Montero, though roomy, was a very low tech vehicle compared to today's cars. It had air-conditioning, electric windows, and an AM-FM radio, with a built in cassette player. So I had a box of CDs in the car at all times. One of the CDs became a family favorite after only a few plays. The group was really talented, and being an ex-musician myself, I loved that my kids like to listen to music so much. One morning I was taking my three youngest children, who were born 1 year apart from one another, to school. Conveniently, that year they were all attending the same middle school together. On the way, one of them popped in the CD, "40oz. to Freedom" by Sublime. Everything seemed fine that morning and was moving along smoothly. The kids were singing along to the songs instead of fighting with each other and I was feeling pretty good that day myself. Before I turned into the school's parking lot, to wait inline with the other Moms dropping off their kids, I was taking pride in the fact that all three knew every lyric to every song. I mean every song. There was time to listen to one more, and when it came on, all three of them knew the lyrics and started singing;

I smoke two joints in the morning, I smoke two joints at night
I smoke two joints in the afternoon, it makes me feel alright
I smoke two joints in time of peace, and two in time of war
I smoke two joints before I smoke two joints, and then I smoke two more

I stopped the car, turned off the CD player, and made each one promise that they would never sing the song, "Smoke Two Joints," at school, ever! All three were so smart that they knew right away what I was afraid off. They all started laughing. Each one promised they would never sing it at school, but couldn't help themselves from laughing until the school bell rang to start the day.

This is,Jeez, Middle-Schoolers,Right?Jim Hauenstein,

Believing There Was A Gravitational Pull On My Wallet

Answer Man,answer me this.Why can't I have 7 children today,like you did back in the dark ages?Well,you can,but be prepared to pay.When I was raising seven children,I was making a lot of money.How much?That is my little secret.But,having seven children,a wife,and myself to take care of with that nice paycheck of mine,it was never enough.I don't know what the cost of raising a child born in the 1990s was,but I just read how much it is now.
Children don't come Cheap: Cost of Raising One hits $233,610.00.
by Alan Bjerga for Bloomberg on MSN.com/money
"Children keep getting more expensive to raise -- fashion is pricier and so are doctor visits and day care, according to the U.S. government. At least food’s still relatively cheap. The cost for a middle-income family to raise a child born in 2015 to age 18 is $233,610, a 3 percent increase from the previous year, the Department of Agriculture said Monday. Housing was the largest expense, at 29 percent of the cost. Wealthier families, who live in costlier neighborhoods and are more likely to use day care, spend more than twice as much on their children as poorer households. The cost of child-raising has outpaced inflation because of rising health-care costs and additional money spent on clothing, which tends to fluctuate based on fashion trends. Lower projected energy costs, meanwhile, are giving parents a break on transportation expenses, notably driving."
Let us see here.Seven Children,at the cost of$233,610.00times7equals$1,635,270.00dollars.No wonder I'm broke!
Answer Man,is there anyone out there checking on some of the things predicted byEinstein?Of course there is.That is why we have catchy names likeLIGOfor institutions looking into his theories.
LIGOwebsite run by Caltech.edu "The Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) is designed to open the field of gravitational-wave astrophysics through the direct detection of gravitational waves predicted by Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity. LIGO’s multi-kilometer-scale gravitational wave detectors use laser interferometry to measure the minute ripples in space-time caused by passing gravitational waves from cataclysmic cosmic sources such as the mergers of pairs of neutron stars or black holes, or by supernovae. LIGO consists of two widely separated interferometers within the United States—one in Hanford, Washington and the other in Livingston, Louisiana—operated in unison to detect gravitational waves. The design and construction of LIGO was carried out by LIGO Laboratory’s team of scientists, engineers, and staff at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and collaborators from the over 80 scientific institutions world-wide that are members of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration. The responsibilities of LIGO Laboratory include operating the LIGO detectors, research and developent aimed at further improving the capabilities of the LIGO detectors, research in the fundamental physics of gravitation, astronomy, and astrophysics, and public education and outreach. LIGO is funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation and operated by the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)." And if like reading more of thatMumbo Jumbo,their website is full of it.

Don't Let The Naysayers Have You Believe Otherwise

As allSport Aficionadosknow inAmerica,theNFL playoffs begun yesterday.If you have read myBlogconsistently,you know that I predicted,at the begging of the football season,that theGreen Bay Packerswere going to theSuperbowl.Well,so far so good as thePackerswon their playoff game today.Yeah!

On myPost;Oh, Did I Mention The Cold War? Someone commented,Anonymous January 3, 2017 at 12:06 PMSo what city in Canada are you moving to?ThePostis about how I compareToday's Worldto that of growing up during the1960s.With all theDoom & Gloomthat we are bombarded with,on a daily basis,Todaydoesn't even compare to the turmoil during that earlier time.The only difference is the speed in which we can communicate with one another,so anyNews Storyis instantly seen by millions instead of days,and anyone who has a computerand can type has a platform for hisor her opinions.Be theyGood Or Bad,andTruthful Or Not.SinceScaring Peoplesells,most information out there nowadays is to frighten people.But to answer their question,during the1968 Presidential Race,Governor George Wallaceran as a third party candidateand was so influential,he carried the so called"Solid South."And we are still feeling his racial rants today,from theRepublican Party."The Huntsville Times political editor John Anderson summarized the impact from the 1968 campaign: His startling appeal to millions of alienated white voters was not lost on Richard Nixon and other GOP strategists. First Nixon, then Ronald Reagan, George Herbert Walker Bush, and finally Donald Trump successfully adopted toned-down versions of Wallace's anti-busing, anti-federal government platform to pry low- and middle-income whites from the Democratic New Deal coalition. Dan Carter, a professor of history at Emory University in Atlanta, added: "George Wallace laid the foundation for the dominance of the Republican Party in American society through the manipulation of racial and social issues in the 1960s and 1970s. He was the master teacher, and the Republican leadership that followed were his students." - Wikipedia -To finally answer the question,"So what city in Canada are you moving to?"was an actual question myParentswere asking themselves,ifGovernor Wallacehad won.MyMotherdid say to us kids,that we were going to move toCanada if he had won!She just didn't say which city.

Hungry For Sausages

Being born & raised in the wonderfully seasonalWisconsin,I have been intrigued with the idea of staying at one of thoseIce Hotels.They have all over the place now.There is one inSweden,Quebec,Iceland,Finland,and you can look them up for yourself if you are interested in finding any otherIce Hotels around theWorld.And that is where my segue comes in.How soon will it be until we have anIce HotelonMars?Well,if you are one of the lucky first pioneer Astronauts to workor colonizeMars,you might be living in the first one on theRed Planetreal soon.
NASA might build an Ice House on Mars.
by Nancy Atkinson, Universe Today, on PHYS.org
"The Mars Ice Home is a large inflatable dome that is surrounded by a shell of water ice. NASA said the design is just one of many potential concepts for creating a sustainable home for future Martian explorers. The idea came from a team at NASA's Langley Research Center that started with the concept of using resources on Mars to help build a habitat that could effectively protect humans from the elements on the Red Planet's surface, including high-energy radiation. The advantages of the Mars Ice Home is that the shell is lightweight and can be transported and deployed with simple robotics, then filled with water before the crew arrives. The materials that make up the Ice Home will have to withstand many years of use in the harsh Martian environment, including ultraviolet radiation, charged-particle radiation, possibly some atomic oxygen, perchlorates, as well as dust storms."

This next story kind of freaks me out.Surgeonscutting intoor cutting out,body parts.Something they didn't understand before,
and now again, so like the good old days,cut those tonsils out for no reasonand your appendix even before you have it burst.
Scientists identify New Human Organ, the Mesentery.By Amy Wallace on UPI.com"The mesentery had been considered a fragmented structure made up of multiple separate parts, though research by Dr. J. Calvin Coffey, professor of surgery at the University of LImerick's Graduate Entry Medical School, has found that the mesentery is actually one continuous structure. During the initial research, we noticed in particular that the mesentery, which connects the gut to the body, was one continuous organ, Coffey, the Foundation Chair of Surgery at UL's Graduate Entry Medical School and University Hospitals Limerick, said in a press release. Up to that it was regarded as fragmented, present here, absent elsewhere and a very complex structure. The anatomic description that had been laid down over 100 years of anatomy was incorrect. This organ is far from fragmented and complex. It is simply one continuous structure. The research could lead to less invasive surgeries, fewer complications, faster patient recovery and lower overall healthcare costs."

I'll Be Bingeing My Favorite Sci-Fi, Now That's A Pardeeee!

For some reason, one of my kids was rummaging through a box in our attic and came across my old High School Year Book. She immediately asked my why I was the only one, in my class, with two pictures the year I graduated? There were front and side photos of me. I told her to read what I was "Most Likely" to be. It read; Most Likely To Be On The FBI's Most Wanted List!

As you know, I like to give to Charities, the Church, and to those People holding up cardboard signs that read; Will Work For Food! But my neighbor said I shouldn't just give money to those street people. "What if they buy drugs with it?" So I figure, if they are willing to work for food, I'll give them all coconuts!

I used to be a bartender in my younger days. We had a strict policy where a sign said; We have the right to refuse service to anyone. So one day I told a guy, "We don't serve time travelers in here."
A time traveler walks into a bar!

A panda walks into a bar and gobbles some beer nuts. Then he pulls out a gun, fires it in the air, and heads for the door. “Hey!” shouts the bartender, but the panda yells back, “I’m a panda. Google me!” Sure enough, panda: “A tree-climbing mammal with distinct black-and-white coloring. Eats shoots and leaves!”

The past, present, and future walk into a bar. It was tense!

I used to be a delivery man for a Florist. One day I forgot to make one stop and my boss says to me, “Next time I send a damn fool,
I'll go myself.”

If growing up in the ’80s taught me one thing, it’s that my friends and I should have found a treasure map by now!

This may be the beer talking,
but I really, really, really, really love beer.

Blind Man

   “OK Mister Georgopoulos, explain to me why you would ask a perpetrator of a home invasion to blind you?”   I can hear the disbelief in Detective Callaghan’s voice. I don’t need eyes to imagine the disgust he has for me right now.   He has lived his whole life with the ability to see. Me? I was born with Congenital Glaucoma right off the bat. By the time any Doctor with enough brains to figure out what I had, it was too late. I was blind by the age of three, never being able to tell anyone what was happening to me.   I spent my childhood years, teen years, and young adult years blind as a bat, as the saying goes. My other senses became more acute and stronger. I don’t need vision to know this New York Dick isn’t going to do me any favors apprehending my assailant. He probably figures, if I would let someone blind me, I should be in Black’s Sanitarium in Brooklyn instead of here, at the Coney Island Hospital.   “I lived my whole life in Brooklyn. I always imagined a clean, happy environment around me. People, the ones I know by voice, have always treated with compassion and respect. I could walk to the bus stop, take a ride to the grocery store, make it back home, and nobody bothered me. Most people helped me. Not until I had the surgery to regain my vision, over one year ago, did I see the filth, prostitution, drug dealers, crime, and apathy so rampant in the city I loved. I hate what this city has become in my eyes.”   “Mister Georgopoulos, enough with the narrative. Can you give me any description of the perp who did this to you?”   I knew it. The Detective isn’t going to try to understand my point of view. He wants my statement, nothing more.   “I’m sorry. You can’t give a recently injured blind man a little time and sympathy, while I go over the events in my mind? Putting everything in chronological order and understanding what an insane World we really live in?”   “Mister Georgopoulos, you ain’t the only nut case I have to deal with on a daily basis. This is New York city. People all over the World come here to get their masochistic flavors on. I don’t care what your bag is here sir. All I want to do is catch this guy, who broke into your home, stole your valuables, and who you say blinded you, OK?”   “You know, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get, what I saw of this World, with people like you in it, out of my mind. It’s like eating a rancid piece of meat. You know you never want to do that again, but the experience will never leave you.”   “One last time. Mister Georgopoulos. Can you please describe the person who broke into your house for me or not? If you can’t, I’m done hear.”   “I’ll tell you what happened. Maybe, after going through the events of the burglary, I’ll be able to remember, to see whom my assailant was.”   “Good enough, let’s hear it.”   “Like I said, I’ve been blind since the age of three. Growing up, all I could do was imagine a big beautiful World out there. I knew about crime, prejudice, drugs, but I must have been lucky enough to have been sheltered away from all those things. Believing, they were somewhere else, not right next to me in everyday life. So, when the technology made it possible and the surgical procedure became common place, I too wanted to see what I have been missing all of these years. I wanted to see the World, not imagine it. After the surgery, my ex-wife, who is also blind, left me because she said I became angry. Impossible to live with. I became disenchanted with life. She told me, ‘When you stop seeing evil in everything you look at, call me.’ So when that street gangster broke into my house, tied me up in one of my own kitchen chairs, and said he had to kill me before he left so I couldn’t identify him, I had an idea. I told him, ‘What if I were blind?’ I couldn’t identify him then, could I?”   “Are you trying to have me believe you had the perp blind you so you couldn’t identify him Mister Georgopoulos?”   “No! Don’t you understand? I made a deal with him to save my life! If I’m blind, I can’t pick him out of a lineup. I can’t tell a jury of my peers, ‘That’s him. That’s the man who broke into my home.”   “Mister Georgopoulos. I know for a fact that people who are blind have other senses that are much improved. You could pick him out of the lineup by his voice then?”   “No, even if you caught the right guy, what about his family, or other gang members. They know where I live. They know I am blind now. What’s to stop them from taking revenge on me? You? Are you going to be there for me, to protect me? I made a deal. I’m alive. Maybe, just maybe, my wife will have me back now.”   “Mister Georgopoulos...   “No Detective. I think we are done here. I lost my heightened senses when I became able to see the darkness of mankind.”   “OK Georgopoulos. I don’t need your testimony anyways. Who is going to believe a crazy middle-aged blind man anyhow? You can’t even tell me what I am doing right now.”   “Detective. I know you are heading towards the door to my room by your footfalls. I can tell, by the smell of powder sugar, probably from donuts, on your right hand, that you raising that hand towards me. I assume to give me the finger. I would also suggest to you, if you ever want to get a date again with a woman, that you should shower and use deodorant. Splashing Old Spice cologne all over yourself and your clothes doesn’t hide the fact that you stink. Now you just stink in more than one way.”   “You-son-of-a…   “I must ask you to leave Detective. I smell the distinct fragrance of Chole’s Eau de Parfum, and the tapping of a blind person’s white cane in front of them. Hopefully, by the grace of God, I can only pray it is my ex coming to see me. Excuse the pun. And I don’t need you around to spoil it for me. Good day sir.”   With that, I prepared myself to see the woman I love more then life itself.
This is,I Dreamt This Story Last Night,But I Am Not Sure If It Is A Happy EndingOr Not?Jim Hauenstein,
And,
“If love is blind, then maybe a blind person that loves has a greater understanding of it.”

Letters Of Recommendation

It is the month ofJanuaryand if you have been reading thisBlogover the past few years,you will have noticed more then onePostin this month stating,"Sorry I am out sick,"or"Sorry for missing a few days of writing because I am sick."I do not know what it is,no matter what part of the country I live in,I am always catching a coldor the flu in the months ofJanuary & February.I even had my first flu shot this year,so I guess it is only a cold.Enough of an introduction,paving the way for another excuse,of why I am too sick to write aPosttoday.I did come up with an ingenious way to get around this problemand hopefully make a few bucks on the side.By writing thePost,"Letters Of Recommendation!"Here is an example of what I wrote for myDay Care Personwho took care of my kids,
up until six years ago.I wrote this Letter for her last year.

To Whom it may concern,    My name is James Hauenstein and ...... ....... is my friend and an inspiration to my children. We all think very highly of her.    I met ...... ....... in 2003 when she and her family moved into our neighborhood. At the time of our meeting I was a single parent trying to raise four children on my own and hold a full time job. I had a trove of babysitters coming and going all the time before her. Most were unreliable and others didn’t like the burden of taking care of four children all day while I was at work.    ...... was not like these others, she set up her Daycare service, at her own home, going through the proper channels and license from the County of Riverside. That first year, she took in all four of my children and she went beyond my expectations of helping me and my family.   I live in Temecula, California, but at the time I needed her services I worked in Orange County. ...... let me bring my kids early to her home, where I would leave their backpacks and clothing with her while the kids slept a little longer before school. She would feed them, a lot of times more than the required one meal a day. She picked them up after school. She helped them with their homework. When their clothing was becoming frayed, she bought them clothes with her own money. I believe, because of ...... ......., I was able to keep my family together and my kids grew up to be outstanding young adults.   Why do I believe in ...... so much? Before her, my children did not have any guidance or discipline. Their grades were poor. Fast food was the main course for meals. But she changed all that. If it wasn’t for her love for children, her belief in education, and the kindness of allowing me the liberty to be away at work for more than eight hours a day, I doubt I would have the loving family unit I have today.   ...... ........ is a caring, intelligent, and just the right amount of disciplinarian that children love her. She knows what a good environment at a Daycare can do to help a child grow strong mentally and be physically healthy.    I cannot say enough good things about her as you can see I owe her a lot and I believe she is a wonderful person. She would be an asset to any Daycare service that hired her.Thank you.James Hauenstein

Of course,I erased her nameand replaced them with dots,so if you need a"Letter Of Recommendation"to get a job at aDay Care Center,you can print this free exampleand use it.And of course again,if you need a"Letter Of Recommendation"for any other kind of job,just email your information to;2buckhowie@gmail.com,stating yourName,theCompany Nameyou are applying to,what type ofJobyou are applying for,your work with anyCharities,anything else you think is important that I should knowand I will write something up for you!For a nominal fee.Well,maybe I will charge market value.Well,if this thing really takes off,I am going to ask for top dollar!

This is,Thinking Of Another Quick Rich Scheme,That I Can See Is Going To Go Awry,Jim Hauenstein,
And,
“I love money. I love everything about it. I bought some pretty good stuff. Got me a $300 pair of socks. Got a fur sink. An electric dog polisher. A gasoline powered turtleneck sweater. And, of course, I bought some dumb stuff, too.”
- Steve Martin -That is my story and I am sticking to it!Like what you are reading,or do not like what you see.Set up my Blog as your Homepage,or sign up as a Follower,or leave a Comment,and I will answer you in a Post.Thanks for reading.

January 3, 2017

Oh, Did I Mention The Cold War?

It is 2017, a brand new year, and about time I talk about something that has been on my mind for a long, long time. It is this Pessimism I see that is rampant with today's News Media, Social Media, Politicians, Environmentalists, Charities, Businesses, YouTubers, Websites, Bloggers, Neighbors, Police, Teachers, Churches, and just about Anything or Anyone, that you can think of, which has a way of getting the Public to listen to their cries of doom. I am not a Conspiracy Theory kind of guy, but I do know by reading a lot of History over the years that fear is a great motivating tactic used by World Leaders to gain and keep power. If nothing else, it causes a kind of apathy in people where they tell themselves, "What the use? Why should I try to do anything about this World because it already sucks!"Well,I am here to tell you that things are not all that bad!Sure, there are a lot of problems in the World that need our attention as Citizens of this Country or of any Country. The World is an ever changing place that needs the attention of its Inhabitants as time moves on. But this is not the end of the World. Every Generation believes their Generation must be the last because what is happening in the World. Don't you think people who lived through the First World War, and then had to see the start of the Second World War believe it was the end? I believe that when I was growing up, it was a lot more of a frightening era to live in then now. Let me give you some examples of what was going on during the 1960s.

We hadRiots. We had the Ole Miss riot of 1962, where Southern segregationist civilians and federal and state forces beginning the night of September 30, 1962; segregationists were protesting the enrollment of James Meredith, a black US military veteran, at the University of Mississippi (known affectionately as Ole Miss) at Oxford, Mississippi.We had the Stonewall Riots, were a series of spontaneous, violent demonstrations by members of the gay (LGBT) community against a police raid that took place in the early morning hours of June 28, 1969, at the Stonewall Inn, located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. They are widely considered to constitute the single most important event leading to the gay liberation movement and the modern fight for LGBT rights in the United States.I counted over30 Riotsduring the1960s.In Chicago alone,I counted 7 riots in two years,1968 & 1969.We protested everything from Blacks being bared from school to the Vietnam War.
We had homegrownTerrorists.The Weather Underground, was an American militant radical left-wing organization founded on the Ann Arbor campus of the University of Michigan. The Weatherman organized in 1969 as a faction of Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) composed for the most part of the national office leadership of SDS and their supporters. Their goal was to create a clandestine revolutionary party for the overthrow of the U.S. government.There was the United Federated Forces of the Symbionese Liberation Army was an American self-styled left-wing revolutionary organization active between 1973 and 1975 that considered itself a vanguard army. The group committed bank robberies, two murders, and other acts of violence.There are more,but those are the only two who come to mind right now.

I could go on & on,but my point is,everyGenerationbelieves that theWorldis a messed up place.If you don't believe me,you can always check back inHistoryto read a curmudgeonly 1889 article aboutthe menace of electricity and the telephoneand its spiritual cousin,a fifteenth-century screedlamenting the printing press. I am not going to sit hereand tell you it is aConspiracy,I am going to tell you it is your job to get past all the sensationalism scare tacticsand be positive with yourself,with other people,how you live,and how you bring up your children.Let us make the next generation a positive one.

And,
“The importance of Liking Yourself is a notion that fell heavily out of favor during the Coptic, anti-ego frenzy of the Acid Era--but nobody guessed back then that the experiment might churn up this kind of hangover: a whole subculture of frightened illiterates with no faith in anything.”
- Hunter S. Thompson, -
That is my story and I am sticking to it!
Oh,did I mention theCold War?

The 5 Best Stories I Wrote Last Year, Chosen By You, The Readers

If you came looking for a newPostyesterdayand were a little disappointed that I didn't write one,don't worry,I am not going to use the obvious excuse of"Recovering From A Hangover,"but.......I was recovering from a hangover!Today,since it is the second day of a brandNew Year,I would like to start anAnnual Tradition.Since my5 Best Posts of the Month Before Seriesseems to generate readership here on myBlog,and we all know it is all about the number of readers who read myBlog,I would like to write about;The 5 Best Stories I Wrote Last Year, Chosen By You, The Readers.
Here is the premise.These are not the usualPostsI write on aDaily Basis,but the actualFiction & PoetryI write and put under the heading;Poetry, Short Stories, Flash Fiction, A Novelette, & A Novel You Can Buy.
So,without further ado;Here Are The 5 Best Stories I Wrote Last Year, Chosen By You, The Reader.

The 5th Best Read Story of 2016 is;
Benched
One of my favorite stories that I ever wrote about an American Baseball Player who goes to Japan to play Ball. After playing poorly and complaining about Team orders of giving to a Charity to help Japanese victims of a Typhoon, the main character turns his life around and finds love.

The 4th Best Read Story of 2016 is;
The Infamous Greatest Maritime Disaster In United States History
My fictitious Ghost Story about actual events surrounding "The Steamboat Sultana" where Captain Mason and Lt. Col. Reuben Hatch Killed 1,800 Union Soldiers Just Weeks After They Were Released From The Confederate's Prison Camps Of Cahaba And Andersonville, just so the could bilked the U.S. Government out of a lot of money.

The 3rd Best Read Story of 2016 is;
M3-2
My Sci-Fi story about the disappearance of a Colony and the Spacecraft they were aboard. About a Planetary System in a Binary Star System. About the different creatures discovered after the fact when the Planets and its Moons were thought to be deserted.

The 2nd Best Read Story of 2016 is;
The Refrigerator Hacker
I have said many times on this Blog that any website, any computer, any business, and so on can be hacked, with enough time and knowledge on how code works. Since there is a rise in appliances becoming online gadgets, I wrote a story about someone who hacks into the camera of a Serial Killer's refrigerator.

The Number 1 Best Read Story of 2016 is;
A-L-I-V
I am sure if you have read some of the stories under the heading, Poetry, Short Stories, Flash Fiction, A Novelette, & A Novel You Can Buy, you have come across a story about a survivor of, what the main character thinks is, an EM Field attack on the World. A verbal story of his state of mind when he can't find anyone to communicate with, and what happens once he here the words, "Hello Daniel." It is the number one thing read on my Blog and I appreciate every time someone does. It actually helps to enforce my idea of writing more.
