State of Flux is OUT
Flux, midnight graffiti artist and urban legend, hit the city of New Arcis like a tidal wave then vanished like smoke. On the 30th anniversary of her disappearance, the city is thrown into darkness.
During the blackout, Trinai, a fledgling artist trying to singlehandedly bring graffiti back to NA City, is bundled away in the night by black suits without badges.
Elsewhere in the darkness, a journalist trapped in a lift is forced to face her own icy demons; a washed-up railgrinder determines to get close to Trinai and learn her secret; the top gun of the Fighter’s Pride fights to defend her title, and an old man tries to dull the screaming of a ghost.
Threads connect these lives and each will help to uncover Flux’s unwritten past, and take on the corrupt power that made her disappear.

Wooo! Art of Parker. I actually started a digital drawing of her AGES ago, but I couldn’t get the face right and even though i liked the lines the colours just weren’t working and I couldn’t see how to fix it. I just started sketching and it became this.
So excited getting into watercolours again. Especially since I’ve got white and gold gel pens now. I’m going to pick up a decent black inking pen today.

Okay so I might do more work on this, but I couldn’t resist.
This is art of my absolute favourite scene of State of Flux. It was completely brand new to the last revision, I had a basic plan before I started it but it just transformed as I wrote it and became this textured thing that just resonated with me so completely.
It’s also the scene of my favourite song from the Flux soundtrack, which I shouldn’t really reveal since the soundtrack isn’t out yet, but what the hell.
