I just watched the Charmed episode where Billie gets trapped...
I just watched the Charmed episode where Billie gets trapped wearing the Girdle of Hippolyta.
So much shitty gender essentialism. It starts out with a professor going on about a dumb ‘yin/yang’ theory of gender which Billie rightfully calls out as bullshit at the time, and the final scene basically concludes that approach is right after all?!
Not to mention Leo being a huge ass when a misogynist fuckwad attacks HIS PARTNER.
And I’m sorry, but a magical belt belonging to a queen who wanted ‘equality of the sexes’ makes you go mad and attack men? Yeah that’s a great message about female power.
Omg I can’t even express my disappointment, mainstream tv. In conclusion:

I have had the worst week of my life apart from getting a lovely...
I have had the worst week of my life apart from getting a lovely watercolour travelbook, so I decided to do grown up Kiki to relax.
In my head Kiki is studying at magic university and now runs her own delivery business, tutoring other witches at flying for extra cash. She watches episodes of Charmed with witchy buds on study breaks, and they throw popcorn at the screen and moan about all the witchcraft inaccuracies.
