Per Dr. Oz, it is better to get your daily dose of anti-oxidants in the foods you eat rather than taking supplements for them.
You may risk over dosing yourself on these supplements and it may have the reverse affect. Studies are showing that too much intake of anti-oxidant supplements are doing more harm than good.
Fruits and vegetables have the healthy doses of anti-oxidants your body needs to fight off those free radicals. This will help you take it in moderation.
Foods w/anti-oxidants:
Blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, cranberries, black beans, and red beans. To name a few.
