A Line of Trust

One common problemin e-learning projects is to establish a common “language” with the client. Even this part is not usually referred in the e-Learning literature as a problem, but my experience says that it is! And a major one if you do not have the experience to identify it and resolve it quickly and efficiently by establishing channels of “trust” with the client!

A Line of Trust

Trust is all about e-Learning (as in business in general)! Your client, trust you (i.e. trust your knowledge, your skills, your...

What is your Scope in Life

One question I often hear is the “How to get more money?“. It is natural! In the middle of today’s prolong financial crisis, everyone wants to make a second income, or some more money, with an ease! But the scope is wrong! So is the question! You see, the problem today is not only the money! It is, usually the lack of scope and meaning in our life, lead us to the wrong question!

What is your Scope in Life

Toward Your Life Scope

If your only concern in life is the “how to get money” challenge, your scope is limited. Yo...

Start With What You Have

Most people expect something to happen, in order to do something else. They strongly believe that in order for them to do something, something else should be preceded! And they postpone activities and things to be done in the name of lacking the necessary resources.

Start With What You Have

Have you heard the “I do not have, , to do it!”I bet you have. So am I. And it is wrong. Very wrong, indeed!

You do not need anything to start something you like. Not even permission. you need a decision, and along the way you w...

Select Your Associates Carefully

As Project Manager in many projects, I have come to appreciate the value of well-selected partners for the implementation of a project! In business is not always at your hand to select your associates (that term includes business partners, vendors, collaborators, freelancers, outside contractors, anyone assist you to provide the best possible – business – result). Other situations, usually determine the “who is doing what” in a project (business, endeavor, venture, startup, etc.). But their s...

My MITs!

MITs stands for Most Important Tasks (or most important things as many authors suggest) and it is one of my most important tools for doing my work better (and faster). I introduced to the concept by Leo Babauta in his excellent post “Purpose Your Day: Most Important Task (MIT)” but the principle has been suggested by many other productive experts (as Jason Womack in his “Put attention on the MIT’s – the Most Important Things” post, James Clear in his post “The Only Productivity Tip You’ll Eve...

Four Types of Role, a Leader Performs Within the Team

This post is written by Kate Cross and focused on the roles a leader should perform in a team. Please check it out!

Leadership is a skill or a trait and being a leader is a role that an individual performs. Leading In A Season Of Change

I was talking, with an old friend of mine, about the possibility of effective changing within our modern social and business systems. My friend argued that it is quite impossible to make large changes in the already established structures (social, political, business, etc.), but I had (and I still have) a quite different opinion. I think that you can effectively and intentionally control your life, in most cases, at least!

Leading In A Season Of Change

To Have A Vision

To have a vision for how the things should be, is n...
