Today’s post from Der Erzahler’s Halloween challenge is from the fabulous Steve Richards, enjoy

“Freeze! Stop what you’re doing! Get your hands in the air where I can see them!”
She is a creature as old as time itself.
Once she was whole, a being of purity but something terrible happened, she cannot remember what.
All she can recall is that she was split in two and cast from the heavens to land here. On this rock. Where she lay for an age undreamed of, weeping and lost.
She was there when the oceans first started to produce life. She was there when that life evolved and took its first tentative steps onto dry land. She was there when these things developed into huge reptiles that walked the face of this place that for so long had been her domain alone. She was there when these formidable things succumbed to a disaster that fell from the sky in a blazing fire and she thought…

Miaow (#Halloween Challenge)
Special treat today, an extra post from Der Erzahler’s Halloween challenge from C.J Heath
Originally posted on Der Erzahler's Musings:
Pumpkins and skulls,
an axeman and a clown;
one wields his chopper
as the other one goes down.
Curly red hair
in a mass between her thighs,
yet her throat is so constricted
that none can hear her sighs.
The mask on the axeman
hides who he may be,
she delights in the deceit
and can at last be free.
As Coco tastes her lust
Jason’s playing rough,
he’s toying with eight inches
and that’s more than enough.
She chokes and he withdraws
and the two men turn her round.
The masked clown lays down
with his back upon the ground.
She sits on his lap
and he buries himself deep
as Jason moves behind her,
she lands on Coco in a heap.
She feels the second nestle
hard against her rear,
she’s never had this moment
and tenses up in fear.
Jason’s moves are gentle
and slowly starts to…

It’s Halloween, on the street, you came looking for me (#HalloweenChallenge)
Another fabulous post from Der Erzahler’s Halloween challenge. Hope you enjoy this piece from my friend J

Hubble bubble,
toil and trouble…
They hauled her from,
a pile of rubble…
Her broken body,
no longer breathing…
Covered in dust and
wounds still bleeding…
For the longest time,
she’d been missing…
Disappearing suddenly,
after reminiscing…
About a man she met,
at a party long ago…
An opportunity missed,
at least she thought so…
She knew his name and
where he came from…
He’d charmed and entranced,
forced her heart to succumb…
And branded his face,
in the forefront of her mind…
Before one day deciding,
that she’d try to find…
The one who wove a spell,
upon her imagination…
Even accepting the risk,
of total deflation…
But when she saw him,
she at once knew…
That she had been,
such an utter fool…
As he walked hand in hand,
with a stunning goddess…
And in her minds…

The Sorceress Treat (#HalloweenChallenge)
Day four of Der Erzahler’s Halloween challenge and this one is by a very dear and lovely friend of mine. I hope you all enjoy her words as much as I do
Originally posted on Der Erzahler's Musings:
Unsure hands knock upon her door
he has no idea what’s in store
a beautiful temptress steps into the light
a witch, demon, sorceress, creature of the night
she leads him seductively into her lair
a mystical scent filling the air
he caught a whiff of patchouli & myrrh
his eyes getting heavy and starting to blur
“come in and won’t you please take a seat
I’ll get you relaxed and off your feet”
she guided him gently onto the bed
thoughts & fantasies swimming in his head
enchanted and floating as if in a dream
trying to decipher her apparent scheme
her hands and long fingernails splaying over his chest
removing his inhibitions, his shirt comes next
“relax and please make yourself at home
I’m just going to enjoy and let my hands to roam”
he thought it was a mistake or it must be a trick
everything happening…

Disguises (#HalloweenChallenge)

Rewritten from a journal entry dated: 01 November 2013 – Hallowe’en
Some facts have been changed to protect the… innocent.
I can’t believe you’ve come. I sent the invitation for this masquerade party knowing you were recently heartbroken and that you definitely wouldn’t come as part of the band. The jungle drums work well in our little part of this city’s music scene. I admit, nostalgia and my own recent breakup were a tiny bit of motivation but so too was the friendship we’ve cultivated in the years between university and now.
So here you are and I know you even with the mask you wear. I watch you pause in the doorway of the hall, scanning the crowd. The presence that I’ve known since we were kids has mellowed, matured and become even more potent. I can see that in how so many heads both male…

Olde Hallow’s Eve (#HalloweenChallenge)
The first poem from my friend Der Erzahler’s Halloween challenge. I hope you all enjoy as much as I did xx
Originally posted on Der Erzahler's Musings:
The clock is ticking, soon it will be time and I am not there
I’m running, my thin soled shoes flapping the early morning dew up,
My breath a white mist as I pant uncontrollably,
The dress I hastily put on is ripped to shreds as I run through brambles,
I must be with you in time to see you wake.
The ground rises up to meet me as I fall breathlessly to the stone,
I grope, blinded by the darkness and the tears, trying to find your head stone
It’s here and getting colder, I am just in time.
Sitting back on my legs, my hands clasped in front, I wait patiently,
In death as in life you have never let me down.
In the village behind, the clock strikes midnight ominously,
A mist slowly starts to form above where you lie
Even in this darkness I can see…

Guest Post – Friends
Hi everyone,
Every so often I will receive a message from someone asking me if I will read a poem or story and give them my opinion. Now sometimes I read something that touches my heart and when that happens I want to share with others; that happened today.
I received a message from a lovely lady saying she had wrote a short poem and would I let her know what I thought. Of course I said yes and her poem though short really touched my heart so I asked if she would be willing to let me post it on here and share with you all.
So here we are, this is the first poem she has shared with anyone and is a little nervous so if you enjoy please like or leave a comment I will pass on all comments to her as I’m hoping to encourage her to write more.
Thank you in advance,
S.J xxx
Friends
Friends come and friends go
Regret they never show
Ifeel sad and alone
Events happened and we met
Now I hope there are no regrets
Do you know why?
Saying we are friends no longer makes me cry.
