Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 100)

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 100)

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 100).  Wow! Week 100!! Thanksgiving we always go to my Moms and everyone brings something. I am bringing a few sides, and looking forward to the leftovers!

Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We’re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers. If you would like to see some of the previous week’s dinner plans, click here.

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 100)

Wednesday: Asian Peanut Noodles with Chicken- Lightened Up

Thursday: Turkey at Moms! Sides: Makeover Spinach Gratin, Maple Soy Glazed Roasted Brussels Spouts and Butternut Squash with Bacon, Mom’s Stuffing, Lightened Up

Carne Asada Steak Salad

This Carne Asada steak salad is made with everything I love – juicy steak, pico de gallo, Monterey Jack cheese and guacamole. Inspired by my favorite taco salad, it's quick, tasty, low-carb and high in protein which fills you up and leaves you satisfied.

Maple Soy Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash with Bacon

Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash are delicious on their own, but adding bacon and a maple soy glaze makes them over-the-top delicious! Made all on one sheet pan, you can double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd by adding more sheet pans.

Spaghetti Squash with Bacon and Parmesan

Roasted spaghetti squash with bacon and Parmesan cheese is a great way to top spaghetti squash for an easy, tasty, low-carb side dish. Although there are several methods to cook spaghetti squash, my favorite way to make it is roasted. To roast the squash, I cut it on half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cook it cut down for about one hour.

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 99)

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 99)

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 99). It’s finally getting cold here in New York, we basically skipped Fall! If you’re planning a Friendsgiving in the next week or two, I have lots of Thanksgiving recipes here. The Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Gravy is perfect if you want to feed a smaller crowd and it’s very easy to make. Add some side dishes and you are set!

Pictured below is The Skinnytaste Meal Planner where I plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner).

Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

Sauteed brussels sprouts are delicious when shredded and sautéed with pancetta (or bacon), garlic and oil. If you don't think you like Brussels sprouts, I challenge you to try these! Lightly pan fried until crisp and slightly browned on the edges, this is my favorite way to cook and eat them!
