Should Cops Have to Have a Warrant to Read Your Email?
A new bipartisan bill in the House would make it illegal for police to tap into your personal e-mail without first obtaining a warrant. The proposed legislation would also no longer allow warrantless tracking of your cell phone’s location data, which the Obama administration has deemed constitutional (really?).

Google's Lunar Fixation
Google has announced that it will offer $20 million to the first privately funded company to land a robot on the moon. By 2015, the robot must travel 500 meters (roughly 1/3 of a mile) and send high definition images/video back to Earth. There will also be additional compensation for traveling more that 5 kilometers, discovering water, and finding evidence of previous lunar landings.
