Would You Eat This Nearly 1,000 Calorie Muffin?

A popular Toronto bakery sells an organic vegan muffin made from sweet potatoes and dates. Health food? Not exactly. When tested by dietitians, the giant muffin proved to contain 986 calories, or about as much as a bacon double cheeseburger.
